Found them on Angie asked for a quote midmorning shortly after he would call asking for details. He was here around 11 to give us our quote which we accepted. He replaced our hot water heater, water regulator, and did some indoor plumbing repairs, also, He was done by three very professional and friendly.

Burnham did a wonderful job . Set up appointment early and arrived on time. He offered an option on the work to be done and I chose the more time consuming option which was of course more expensive. I am satisfied with his service and will use again if needed.

Mr. Burnham was very professional, gave an honest appraisal of the plumbing issue under my kitchen sink, and was very open with what he would be able to do to fix it, and also what I may be looking at in the future as further improvement on my plumbing. He was on time for not only the estimate appointment, but for the work appointment as well. Both times he was very thorough and detailed about what he was going to be doing step-by-step through the repair process, and often would ask if I had any questions or concerns for him, to make sure that I understood exactly what he would be doing. He kept my kitchen space, very neat and clean during his work, and after as well. I will definitely reach out to him again when I have plumbing issues, and have already recommended him to many of my friends for their plumbing needs in the future.

Amazing service. Matt called me to talk through the project and let me know very clearly what the charges were for him to come out and his hourly rate. He had some other jobs in the area and was able to stop by that afternoon--diagnosed the issue I had and fixed it, then talked through what additional work would be needed to avoid the issue in the long-term. Very professional and forthright.

I was impressed with Matt’s knowledge. His trouble shooting was impressive as Rinnai said it could be hundreds or thousands of problems. After researching what was happening he determined that a one way checkvalve was defective which was allowing water to run incorrectly . He purchased the valve, installed it and that fixed the problem. He was very thorough in his diagnosis. I would enthusiastically recommend his services. Very fair.
