I originally purchased a dryer vent cleaning for $79 from angie's list back in December of 2012. Never got a chance to use it before it expired, but Anthony still honored it. I added the air duct cleaning since that was overdue as well. <br /> Anthony showed up a little late (half hour to hour), but was very professional and nice. Did a thorough job and let me know what exactly he was doing (I had very dirty air ducts). Very friendly. Not pushy. Was willing to give advice (on my A/C filter). Overall a good experience. <br />

The work was done perfectly.  The technician arrived as scheduled, knew exactly what to do, braved the really rough winds to go out and do the job as it need to be done.  The result was a powerful dryer.  I would definitely use the services of this company again.

I had a good experience. They were easy to schedule. They showed up on time, did the job in a prompt manner and were in and out, not too quick that I was concerned that they rushed through the job, but got in and out and didn't cause me a hassle.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it went well.

He arrived on time and went the extra mile on the particularly difficult spots.  The price was more than fair and I plan to have him in again soon. <br />

It went well. Busy Bees was there on time and was very professional. They went through everything, explaining every step of the process.   They were great, they did everything, cleaned up. We were very happy with their service. <br />

Very well.  They quietly and efficiently cleaned the tougher jobs such as bathrooms, kitchens, etc., to include vacuuming.  The problem is time,  Have your regular house cleaning done.  If you don't they will do that first,  House looked great! <br />

They were excellent. They were on time, professional, and easy to schedule with. Everything about the service was perfect. The man worked very hard and over time in my opinion looking for the lent trap. We still don’t where the lent trap is.

They did an excellent job. I did pay them extra for the additional service that they've done for me.

They charged me extra because I had a lot of pet stains and I wanted them to try and treat the pet stains. They did spend a lot of extra time getting the pet stains out. They did a good job on it. It was a little bit pricey to have to pay that much extra but he did a really good job with it. I would have them back.

Great job; stayed longer at no additional charge for extremely dirt areas of flooring. Have already recommended them to family and friends who have now used them. <br />

At first it looked alright, later on when I went I thought it should have looked a lot better. They were very nice and easy to work with. Their prices were very fair.

Though the guy who came was a bit odd and a little late, his service exceeded expectations. He cleaned out our dryer vents and in the process noticed that our hose had become disconnected at one point and had been spewing lint into the wall. He fixed the hose and made sure it wouldn't disconnect again and didn't charge us for the add on because he was late which we really appreciated. The dryer has been running much better since he came. <br />

Service performed was complete and satisfactory.  It took several phone calls to make this appointment.  The first time he was using a cell phone and the call got disconnected during our conversation.  I sent a followup email to set up an appointment, but never heard back.  Followed up with another phone call at which time we made an appointment.  The appointment was kept and service was on time.  Work was performed efficiently and thoroughly.  Was satisified with the work, the time it took and the thoroughness of the job.  My dryer vent extended from the dryer, which is located in the middle of the house, through the wall to the far outside wall.  I could not have cleaned this vent by myself.  Busy Bee completed this work  completely to my satisfaction and  I now have peace of mind that the possibility of a fire has been eliminated.  I would use this company again and would recommend it to others. <br />

I first saw this service on Groupon, checked it out on Angie's List. I liked what I saw. I also checked out several other companies to check for comparable prices. When I called to make an appt. Anthony answered the phone and set the date. Anthony arrived on the set date and time. After checking the scope of the job and gathering his equipment, he began working right away. He was very care with my furniture. The job took about 2 hours. I was very pleased with the experience. I was also shocked by the amount of dust removed from my vents, returns and furnance. <br />

There was a disconnect on the original appointment, but we rescheduled the next day. My dryer was very difficult to clean because I am on the second floor of a condo. He didn't quit until he figured out a way to clean my dryer vent. It's amazing how much better my dryer works now <br />

I bought the $89 deal and was able to have the work done the following morning - a Saturday. Anthony was running late but called to let me know. He was friendly and professional. He Even called a friend to give me an estimate on another job I need done. Highly recommend. <br />
