He is very good. He is very thorough. He explains what he going to do. He uses good products. He does complete coverage. He comes to act as to what you want him to for no charge. I highly recommend them. The price is reasonable.

It was fine, though we never met the guy. He just came and did the work, but we never met him. He was responsive when i contacted him. The negative was that i do not know whether the last treatment was applied.

Kelly was very responsive and went out of his way to get in touch with me before and after the fertilizer applications. <br />

In the last 9 years I'd say he's done the best fertilization I've yet had.  Many people will kill more than you want, and he actually only killed the weeds!  I'd definitely use him again!  I actually wasn't completely satisfied with the results, and he offered me some additional work for free to ensure I was happy.  After he came back out and did the additional work I offered him payment for it, and he turned it down saying he just wanted me to be satisfied.

<p><br /></p> <p>He is very professional and knows about lawns.  I used his service in 2012 for lawn mowing when I was laid up.  I used his service in  2014 when he ran a special on Angie list for $89 for three lawn applications.</p> <br />

So far so good. The owner was not only very responsive, but I happen to be home for the quote and then a few days later for the services and he was very informative and helpful. He took the time to explain what would happen and truly seems to care about what he does and the yards he services. There is a plan in place for my yard now and look forward to have one of the best yards in the neighborhood with the owners help. <br />

Their very professional. He used to work in the company that I have had service when he broke off. He have been punctual with everybody does, very polite and very detailed oriented. I recommend them to anybody for a lawn service.

It took a long time for him to come, mainly because of the weather, which was obviously not his fault. Then he was delayed another few days because a piece of his machinery broke and he had to repair it--also not his fault. Finally he could come. He's come 2 of the 3 times we contracted for and is pleasant and the work very effective.  <br /> I talked to him about possibly doing a few other things in my yard when we first spoke and I think  he's forgotten about it. (I, of course, would have paid him extra for that work.) I understand his position--we've basically had no spring and all of a sudden, all these lawn care guys and landscapers are way behind.  <br /> So, yes, I'd hire him again. <br />

He is supposed to come today to put on weed killer.  So far it looks good.  He is supposed to come out one more time after today.  I e-mailed him and he got right back in touch with me.

This is the second year that I have had Kelly work on my yard. He is knowledgeable about the products and works with you to put down the exact product you need (not just one thing fits all). He is working with 2 other homeowners on my block and we have all had a good experience. I have seen first hand the attention he gives when applying the fertilizer down to using a blower to get all of the pellets off the concrete and sidewalks. The only things to show he was there is the invoice telling you what he put on your lawn and a nice green yard. <br />

When I rescheduled, they say it has to be next month. They are responsible and they explain what they will do. They did fine.
