I used them once and they were okay. They were late by 2 hours. They did a good job cleaning. They did the shutters and  the dusting. There was no problem with the cleaning.

Company came out and did the first round of cleaning but has not returned or returned our calls since.

I purchased a big deal for six hours of house cleaning for $99.  I tried for two months to schedule the service, but the provider never answered their phone and never returned my calls.

Did not show up for the scheduled service.  Did not respond to calls

They did not provide the service I paid for. AND STOLE an item from my home. <br /> In addition, they left my TV on...which they should have never turned on in the first place. <br /> HORRIBLE SERVICE and NOW they won't respond after telling me they would make it right nor tolerate theft. <br /> This is a bad vendor to have on ANGIE'S LIST. I may even cancel my subscription if I cannot be sure of the vendors I use per part of ANGIE'S LIST ads.  <br /> You have NOT protected me with such a substandard vendor. <br /> HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. <br />

THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE TODAY AND I WAS WORRIED AT FIRST BECAUSE THEY DIDNT GET HERE TILL 330 BUT THERE WAS 4 OF THEM THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN TWO AN HALF HOURS DEEP CLEANED EVERYTHING FROM TOP TO BOTTOM AWO ULD REALY RECOMEND THEM TO EVERYONE WE KNOW THEY REALY DO A GREAT  JOB <br />

my sister in law purchased this as a birthday present for me i was very excited they were a little late due to holiday traffic but they had 4 people and they did a great job my garage is cleaner than my house i would use them again <br />

AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE IGNORING ME I CALLED A COUPLE TIMES BUT WHEN SHE ARRIVED SHE DIDNT HAVE ANY MESSAGES ON HER PHONE SO I DIALED AND LEFT A MESSAGE IT DIDNT GO THREW TO HER PHONE SHE ACTUALLY CALLED HER CELL PHONE PROVIDER WHILE SHE WAS HERE AND THEY TOLD HER THAT HER PHONE NEEDED A NEW SIGNAL STRNEGHTH OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT BUT THEY DID A GREAT JOB WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN <br />

MY BOYFRIEND PURCHASED THIS AS A GIFT TO ME ON ANGIES LIST THEY DID A GET JOB WAS VERY IMPRESSED SIGNED UP FOR FULL TIME SERVICE <br />
