<p>This was the first time I've used Angie's List. Our kitchen sink and dishwasher began backing up on Saturday night. I tried to fix the problem myself, which has occurred before, but this time I could not get it to clear. </p> <p>I called Jim on Sunday morning at 11am. He answered, and first indicated that he didn't typically work on Sunday's, but offered to assist. He arrived within an hour, discovered that the problem was a bit more complicated, left to get more equipment, and returned again within about 30 minutes. He completed his work in about an hour; gave us some helpful hints on ways to avoid this happening again, and thoroughly cleaned up the area he was working in. </p> <p>I found Jim to be professional and courteous, and I liked the fact that he's a local businessman who cares about treating his customers right.</p> <br />

My old water heater went out yesterday and of course leaked water all over. I shut it off and stopped the leaking. Called early this morning looking for someone to install a new one. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude. <br />

Jim came sooner then expected. Look at the fithy drain and gave a reasonable estimate. Stating if he didn't have it finished in about an hour then he would have to come back and do more extensive work. <br /> My drain was clogged with debris from recent construction and pack in the very well. Jim started and was done before I had time to question it. <br /> He made sure the drain was working and the were no debris holing anything up.He clean my mess and his mess, very tidy. <br /> Jim came in was very professional and polite. He talk in a manner that I understood and not professional jargon. Very tidy in appearce and work. <br />

He did a very nice job, top quality, and just exactly what I needed. He was prompt and professional. No plumbing job is cheap these days ~ I don't care who you use. I will definitely call Jim when I need any plumbing done. <br />

We would and will use Jim again. He has very high standards about the work he does and he is his own worse critic. <br />

I was referred to Buzz Bee's by a friend of mine. When I called he was very polite and courteous on the phone. I told him I needed to have some fixtures set in my basement bath as I was having company from out of town coming to stay with me at the end of the week. He scheduled me for the very next day at 10 a.m. He arrived promptly at 10. He got to work right away and as he was setting the fixtures he noticed my water heater was leaking and out dated he recommended replacing it and making sure it was up to code. He was very professional and honest with price and what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable, I will definitely recommend and use this company again. <br />

Overall Mr. Busby was professional, arriving on time and completing work as promised. He left the areas tidy and clean. Stands behind his work. <br />
