I called on BVR because of good reviews in our neighborhood news, and I was not at all disappointed. Rafael Ascencion was friendly, prompt, and efficient, helping me work both with my insurance company and throughout the installation process. I was quite satisfied with the final price, and my new roof was finished within a week after receiving word from my insurance company. The crew installing the roof arrived promptly on time and did a fine job not only on the installation but also on the cleanup of my yard. I give a big two thumbs up to BVR, with special praise for Rafael Ascencion.

Rafael Ascencion with BVR Construction and Roofing is a pleasure to work with. From the very beginning he was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us file a claim with our home insurance the moment he came over to look at our roof. Days later the home insurance adjuster evaluated our roof and the home insurance company only wanted to do partial repairs knowing the roof was 10 to 15 years old and had major damage. Rafael walked us through the process in getting a public adjuster and after a few months the home insurance settled and we got a completely new roof. I can't thank Rafael Ascencion and BVR Construction and Roofing enough for their professionalism and great quality of work. My wife and I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof or repair. They will guide you from the very beginning and will make sure your needs are met with outstanding work quality.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
From my first meeting with Rafael I could tell he had my best interests in mind. Rafael evaluated the roof for hail damage, worked with the insurance company, answered all my questions and explained the process. He gave me options and his recommendations like removing the unsightly, outdated wind turbines and replacing them with ridge vents. This not only improved airflow, it made the roof aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend Rafael and BVR. This was the right choice! 6 Stars
