Absolute nightmare when it comes to install. Measurements were taken 3 times. Backsplash was still cut incorrectly. Original stone supplier only had 2 large slabs from same bundle. We used a different slab for island to make do. When their staff cut the backsplash wrong, they want us to use another slab from the original supplier which does not match the already installed countertop. They are refusing to use the slab that matches the most from another supplier because it's prices higher. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM! THIS IS NOT TETRIS, I DO NOT WANT MY KITCHEN LOOKING LIKE PATCHWORK!! Their employees incompetency should not be my burden to bear. And the communication with them after they get your money is absolutely HORRIBLE! I have pictures and video of their install quality for anyone that wants it since it can't upload here.

After requesting quote BW Granite responded quickly and professionally. Presented options and followed up with written quote within one day. They installed as scheduled. It’s absolutely beautiful. My only negative is they did not measure and account for an outlet for the backsplash which caused us to have to do exttra work after the install. I would recommend but advise customers to mention everything to be accounted for.

Excellent in almost every way. Using a remnant quartz slab, they reduced my cost by half over Home Depot and other installers on a large, non-standard size bathroom vanity countertop. Installers took only about two hours to custom cut the backsplash and place the countertop. Perfect workmanship and cleanup.

Frank and the installers did a great job putting new quartz countertop in my 2 bathrooms. The rooms really look wonderful now. Highly recommend them--Home Depot would not return my call, so I went to BW Granite. Glad I did.

Everyone at BW Granite was great. They answered all my questions, they were thorough, and they let me take a floor sample home to check out in my kitchen. BW Granite let me take my time and there was no pressure to make a decision. They had great suggestions on what to do in my kitchen and there was a cool remnant for my upstairs bathroom vanity. The guys that did my installation did such a good job, you can't even see any seams between the pieces of quartz. There were a few minor hiccups during installation, but they were addressed immediately. BW Granite did a fabulous job.
