Great work hanging the tv!

I needed work done immediately. I had a front door that refused to lock. It was an issue that was a problem for some time—many times only locking after some “elbow grease,” but that day it would not. I reached it through Angi, and his name came up. I contacted B&W to see if they could come same day to fix. He responded immediately, and arrived in the that afternoon. Within an hour or so, he fixed it. After 10 days, it has been consistently locking much easier. He was very professional, respectful, and worked the problem to my satisfaction.

Will was friendly and knowledgeable for the required task.

Helped to work through an issue with my driveway gate system. Provided a much needed maintenance on all the moving parts. Will is very familiar with chain-drive motors and took the time to make sure all was running smoothly. Job well done.

Very positive experience! First, the contractor contacted me immediately and we scheduled a visit for the next morning, however, during the evening, the tech texted me several times with questions and details regarding the sliding door so he could procure the correct parts, he showed up the next morning with the correct parts. The tech was extremely courteous and certainly knew what he was doing because he had the door repaired and working perfectly in less than an hour! I would definitely not hesitate using this contractor again. Well done!
