I feel like you scammed me. I paid $3,000.00 for you to save my tree. It is worse, it is not surviving, I think it was probably dead when I paid you to save it.. We are at risk that it will fall on our house, some large limbs have already fallen and damaged our shed (not covered by insurance) . I cannot afford to throw away 3 grand. I cannot afford to pay someone else to come cut this tree down. I have been scammed. I think you need to make this right. You keep telling my how you saved some many trees. Looking to have my voice heard on BBB, and other places. Messages via text only.

Arrived & told me that trees were in peril & needed treatment. Since they were so big I couldn’t afford to not believe him. Another tree service said it was not an emergency situation. I should have waited. I don’t have the kind of money he charged me. I should have known better.

It's a scam!! We had Mr. White come and tree one of our large oak tree's that was looking sick. I refer to him as Mr. White as he has no PhD in anything other than slick promises. He arrived and within 1 minute said awe yes, it's bugs and guaranteed he had the remedy, and could save the tree for a low, low price of $1200.00. within 1/2 hour they had drilled a hole and pours something in plugged the hole and were gone with the assurance the tree would be healthy in the spring at the latest. Well spring rolled around, and the tree was looking even worse. This time I was able to locate [*** Link removed ***] which is the directory for all LICENSED Arborists!! I had one come out and look at the tree, he diagnosed it immediately as oak wilt and said he had never seen anyone try to stop oak wilt by the method Mr. white had used. We now have removed the tree and had the licensed accredited arborist tree the other red oak that is susceptible to oak wilt also. Believe me the treatment the actual arborist was completely different than that of Mr. White. FINAL NOTE: If you have a sick tree refer to the website I attached above and hire a real arborist, which was a 1/16 of the price to actual know how and if your tree can be saved. PS: I asked Mr. White what his doctorate was in, he responded it was a nickname he had been given years before, that in itself should be warning enough!!

It was great. He was professional. He did the work in a timely fashion. He knew what he was talking about.

Dr Bob Whites's service was very quick and very effective. The trees (Golden Oaks} came back this summer with exstensive leafage and groth. He save both Oaks with his excellent service.

It was great. Straightforward and to the point. Did it in a timely matter, also follow up a couple of months later.

If you have diseased trees and need someone to treat them, do NOT use Bob White or BW Insect Control & Tree Care. I chose <br /> him because he had an A+ rating with the BBB and professed Angie's List 2011 & 2012 Super Service Award.  He sprayed my trees and the overspray stained my light colored stucco 2-story house a brown color (9.2.14).  I called him and discussed the damage, he told me I should power wash it (9.30.14) that it was probably the iron in the chemicals - I am not sure why he would suggest that I power wash it knowing that I am a single female parent.  I had a handyman and painter look at it. I called and ask him to come and look at it and maybe he could try to power wash it. He refused to even come see the damage. When I insisted that he either refund my money ($4,000-Ck#3071) or fix it, he hung up on me (10.14.14). NOT A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Very disappointing! How can this company possibly have a A+ rating or win any service award? <br />

Provided root treatment for three trees (1 red oak, 1 live oak & 1 silver leaf maple ) to both root feed the trees and kill infections inside the trees - particularly the silver leaf maple. <br /> The Silver Leaf Maple is about 26 years old and I was about ready to cut it down.  Bob White convinced me to allow him to treat the tree  September 2012 but told me it would talk until the spring (2013) to see the difference.  Both of the Oaks are substantially healthier and greener than similar trees on my street.  But the Silver Leaf Maple appears to be rebounding very well, and if I can save this very old tree, then I will be very pleased and surprised.  And right now - it looks as though it will do well. <br /> Thanks Bob. <br />

He treated my tress.  I declined additional services.  Offered to cut down a tree for $ 800.00.   I got this tree cut down for $175 for Alpine Tree service.  I think he tries to take advantage by claiming you need services than homeowners cannot know if they are true. <br /> <br />

Our neighbors have a huge tree that hangs over our yard and they were able to cut some of the branches down. They did an excellent job. The tree is very difficult to work with and they were able to take care of it with no problems.

I asked him to please help prevent my trees from dying as he explained they were all infested with various insects. <br />He told me it would cost approximately 2,000 dollars. <br />When he finished he ran my credit card for 4,150.00 and said he had to do more deep root work than he expected. <br />He promised I would not loose any trees and be would return to re treat the yard in three weeks. <br />He refused to return when I called and several of the trees that were treated have since died. <br />

Had bores and trees looked sick. B.W. took care of them and now they're healthy.

Great job- saved dying trees

My trees were dying and B.W. came and treated 15 trees and the ones that were dying came back and are now healthy.

The trees are fine full and were irreplaceable. B.W. was prompt professional and his price was very reasonable. If I have any tree trouble I'll call him first.

Serviced plants as needed-fertilized/sprayed. Good results.

I called Bob he came out right away (the day I called!) and took care of the trees.

Did a great job.

Great results. Trees began to have new leaves. He is the best tree man I have ever used.

Before agreeing to do the work, Bob White insisted on showing me the evidence of infestation and explaining the potential consequences.  He showed my references from Angie's List and the Angie's List Top Performer award he won in 2011.  And he is determined to win again in 2012. <br /> Once we agreed to do the work, he and his crew quickly performed the work, leaving no evidence of their having been there.  Bob gave me clear answers to all my questions and he offered to come back in a couple of weeks to verify that the treatment was having the expected effect.

They are definitely an A.
