Excellent. Brian’s initial contact to me came late on a Friday afternoon. I was out-of-state arriving late on Saturday. Brian immediately asked for a couple of photos and what I was contemplating. We had 5-6 exchanges and he made several alternatives that we could discuss on-site. He visited at 10am on Sunday and we agreed on the plan of action. Based on his experience, he made suggestions regarding type of door and hardware. Within a couple of days I ordered the door, hardware and step and arranged the installation. Due to thunderstorms which caused downed power lines and tree limbs, Brian was very flexible to re-arrange installation to a later date. Brian pleasantly and clearly explained the steps he was taking to securely install the door into the 70-year old garage. The door looks and works great! He has all the tools and knowledge to complete the tasks requested. Throughout, he did an excellent job of listening to me (the customer) and answering my inquiries. Fine job!
