Have worked with the founder of the company for years. Friendly, professional, communicative, and… they produce results. My latest issue - that they resolved - was those new, invasive, daytime mosquitos. Had Vector Control from the county come out (they were great, too - who knew the county could be so helpful?) but they don’t treat the problem. Bye Bye provided me with not only excellent advice about mosquitoes seeking shade by my doorways where I had plants, they identified an area of mosquito activity Vector Control had not identified. (BTW they don’t lay their eggs in the water they lay them on the sides of the water - Vector Control told me that - so standing water is not the only issue to deal with. Moist soil is where Bye Bye found them.) After two months of being eaten alive they were almost gone the day after Bye Bye treated the yard. Oh and they’ve done mouse, rat, ant, and German roach treatments for my houses. Sometimes these things are more involved than I’d like as a homeowner - the German roaches took the cake - but in the end I have seen issues consistently resolved.

My overall experience was amazing Bye bye pest control exceeded my expectations. I had a bad German roach infestation and Carlos came out and treated for them and did a follow up and he eradicated them all I am very satisfied with the service they provided and they are very professional and knowledgeable!!! Had a crazy ant issue, so happy I made contact with Bye Bye Pest Control. Haven't had an issue with ants ever since.
