"I want to start off by apologising to Homeowner for the situation that should have never happened. I brought on a partner for this job and ended up getting taken advantage of and left out to dry. I am doing everything in my power to make this situation right with the Homeowner. I am a very humble man and I take all my customers very serious and think of them more than just a customer, but yet a family member and treat them like family. This is an unfortunate situation and unfortunately due to the situation and me be left out in the the cold from the other person who was involved which is no longer part whatsoever. I am having to take this one head on and take care of the Homeowner myself to make the situation right. Which is only the right thing to do. I truly believe in karma and doing people the right way. I am a small business owner and there's been rare occasion's were I have had to learn things the hard way and this is one of them. What I am truly sorry the most about is that an innocent person had to get caught in this situation. With that being said I hope to anybody who reads this it lets them know a little bit about what kind of business owner I am and this is not how I conduct my business. "I sincerely apologise for you guys being unhappy with the situation. You must know that the curtain rods were install a disaster the how they were supposed to be install with the hardware that you supplied. I hung a curtain rods for you guys in the beginning that I had to take down and put up a thinner curtain ride which I mentioned to your wife that They would not be strong enough to hold 2 curtains 9' long On one curtain ride. They supplied me with the hardware that came with the curtain raj which were only the sheet rock anchors that typically come with curtain rods in any kind of item that you're going to mount to the wall and not have wood to go into. I would understand if it was my fault by not installing what was supplied to me from you guys. I apologise that your curtains are pulling away from the wall. I am certain that you should not have as much weight as I saw in the picture you guys sent to me on those curtain rods. The price that you put down was incorrect because I did not charge you to take down 8 curtain rods and reinstall 8 new curtain rods In their home. Due to last minute change I did it for free. I warranty my work 100%. I understand Getting upset at the situation and I apologise for the situation, but at the end of the day it is not my fault that you have too much weight on your curtain rods for the type of curtain rod you guys had me install the 2nd time around. It is not fair to expect somebody to come fix a problem for free When they were install just like the instructions said to install them in with the hardware I was supplied with. In fact that you said you paid me more money than you did is one sign of being dishonest. So how do I know that what culture saying is true. I have a copy of the transaction of where you sent money to pay me into different payments. It was less than what you mentioned in your review. A good bit less. And you gave me an F for punctuality When I stayed extra late to get the job done for you guys since you were moving in in one of this done as quickly as possible. Everything else that I did for you guys did not have one problem but yet that was not mentioned in your review. You only mentioned the negative and that's when you guys did not get your [Member Information Removed]. Want to gain I apologise for your situation. I was more than happy to help you out with your situation corrected, but you guys expected me to come refund the money for something that was not my fault. You failed to mention that the money you wanted back for the curtain rods pulling away which were only 9 of them so that is a $190. I put up 9 curtain rods that would have held the weight of the curtains And you guys had me take those down and put up different curtain rods that obviously weren't efficient enough to hold the amount of weight that you put on them. I did not charge you guys for that. So that was a $190 with work that I did for free for you guys. Her really wish you woulda mentioned the whole situation and not just picture framed the negative and on truthful parts of the job. once again I sincerely apologise for your situation. I wish you guys the best. I apologise that I could not drop everything I was doing at that moment and come there that day to take care of it. I really wish you would have told the entire story and not the part to try to make somebody look bad."
