Terrible Service! Showed up hours late for delivery. Delivery lady was very rude when addressing concerns. Spoke to offer, manager reluctantly took off $20. Delivery person never gave a receipt. I called back over 4 times for a receipt ad they refused to provide one for the cash purchase. Shady operation- Your money will be more appreciated with another company!

Very pleased with the quality of work and the end result.

Have worked with them for years and when we moved had them come and do a plan for fixing a yard that had not really been touched in years.  They brought in dirt/grass for back yard and front to even it out.  They installed new beds with plants etc.  They cut down alot of old growth and honeysuckle.  Have had people stop to compliment our yard.  It looks really nice- they always do a good job and stand behind their work <br>

The entire process went quite well.  I was pleased with the promptness of the quote, the price, how the work was handled, and the final paver patio is better than I hoped.  They were a great company to work with.  I highly recommend them for paver patio installation.  We will certainly work with them on landscaping projects in the future. <br />

I've had him do work for me before and he does beautiful work.  This project took alot longer than I had expected and there were delays that I didn't expect.  In total it took a little more than 6 months.  They are really nice guys and do really great work, however, I wish it wouldn't have taken as long as it did or wish they would've advised ahead of time.  This project ended up consuming my entire summer and left no time to entertain with their work schedule in progress.

They were really good. They had a layout and they had us meet with their design team in advance. They reviewed it and we walked through the landscape center to make sure we understood the plants that we're going to put in our layout. They're going to put the rock type as well as the mulch in some areas to make it look professional. Stepper stones as well were included in two locations. It was overall very positive. The only negative was the timing. They were supposed to show up on the day and they didn't show up at all. They started coming the day after but they completed the work. It was an exceptional quality. Anything that wasn't to my satisfaction, they made it to my satisfaction.

Everything went very well.  They scheduled a date - showed up on time.  The patio was complete in 3 days - and it looks great.  They were very professional, punctual, and everything was as promised.  They matched the estimate cost exactly - in spite of several small issues that arose over the course of construction. <br />

The work they did was great and so were the workers.  I don't know if they are really busy, but getting a response when it came to scheduling took awhile.  Nice work, just a little hassle on the logistics. <br />

they did an excellent job on installing another bed - removing grass and planting etc.  They also did the spring clean up and advising on plants that didn't make it through the harsh winter <br />

Appointment was promptly kept, work done in a professional manner, this spring the seeded areas all prospered and the new grade to the yard is handling the "gully washers" well. <br /> I would highly recommend Bzak for their craftmanship, professionalism and price. <br />

I called Bzak for an estimate on a landscaping job. They responded promptly and Trish visited to assess the job. She appeared to be professional, experienced, and competent. She offered useful suggestions and emailed an itemized quote including pictures of suggested shrubs within 24 hours. <br /> This is my second encounter with Bzak. I visited the nursery once before and was very impressed by the staff's knowledge about plants at that time. <br /> <br /> Updated March 19, 2014: <br /> <br /> Trish arrived to discuss the job and provide an estimate. She was professional and seemed experienced and competent. Her price was competitive with two competing companies, and I chose Bzak because Trish was the designer in charge of the project. The other companies sent junior workers to discuss the job and take pictures for a supervisor who then provided an estimate without walking the job site or discussing the work with me.Trish then arrived with the crew on the scheduled day and outlined the job for the crew boss. The crew then worked diligently until the job was finished. They edged and mulched around two extra trees even though that wasn't part of the original job description. I was very satisfied with the work. <br />

The mulch was very high quality, no rocks, sticks or other debris such as crushed pop cans that I have found in other company's mulch. I placed my order over the phone using a credit card and they send a payment confirmation e-mail. They called the day before to confirm delivery and it was delievered exactly where I wanted and exactly when they said they would be there. I will be using them in the future for all my landscaping needs and highly recommend them. <br />

We love the driveway--materials were top notch--looks the same as it did the day it was completed. Recommended additional changes to walkways at very little additional costs. <br />
