It was my pleasure all the way to do business with C2 They really are amazing! I was ready to burst into tears by the time they got to me. They took the Reina and took the stress and made it there's! I love this company! Thank You Charles and Crew!

I want to say thank you to Charles and his crew for doing a outstanding job on the moving. Charles asked me if I had my windows cleaned in the new house and I said no and he said that we could clean the windows if I wanted them done. So I had c2 windows cleaning do the windows as well. The windows looked great. Thank you c2 and Charles

Great! These guys are pros.

The move went terribly. No one showed up till I called 3 times and texted 4 times. Finally, 5 hours after appointment time, 2 guys showed up in a Uhaul. Unfortunately, the Angie's list deal that I had purchased was for 3 guys for 3 hours and a 26 ft. Truck. One of the workers was a professional mover, the other guy was a movie star ( I'm not kidding) who was just helping Charles for the day. I was strung along all day with promises that a 3rd guy, and the 26 foot truck would arrive soon. Finally at 9:00 pm, Charles (the 3rd guy) did arrive, but instead of helping the other two guys to finish the move he started screaming obscenities while standing in my driveway. The police were called. During the next week I received threats by phone and text. This was a nightmare business transaction that I wish I never made. I'm pleased to see that Angie's list has taken this company offers their register.

Excellent service, excellent everything. Only two hours from knocking on the door at home. Even the price was good - only thing keeping "Price" from an A rating was the after-the-fact fuel surcharge.

After confirming by text the night before, I showed up at the appointed time, 7 am at the storage location. No show by 8 am, so I called and got voice mail. 9:30 am got a call claiming a breakdown, and they were trying to repair their trailer. I made repeated calls, always rolling to voice mail, with no call returned until 11 am when I was told they were on their way. Outright lie. They called back about noon to say they were trying to rent a truck, but no one had a credit card, would I rent a truck, they would move my stuff and reimburse me for the truck rental. I went home after 5 hours of waiting and being lied to. They continued to call that day saying they were looking for some way to get a truck or trailer, I told them to forget it and began looking for alternative service. They never once answered their phone when I called. I incurred extra storage charges because I had given notice to vacate my storage space that day. This company was totally unsatisfactory, would not perform their service which I paid for, but Angie's List refused to refund my money, disingenuously saying "You always have that money as credit for a future service with that company". I would never deal with that company again, obviously, and furthermore have no use for moving services in the foreseeable future. Angie's List refused a refund based on the fact that I had gone past their 30 day window for refunds. I appealed higher up with Angie's List, to no avail. I enlisted a consumer advocate, Chris Elliot, who found the proper level within management at Angie's List, and I was graciously provided a refund. This company has gone by several names, and was rated A on Angie's List, but a closer look found approximately 50 F ratings with stories similar to mine. A company with such a huge body of terrible reviews should not remain on Angie's List with an "A" rating, no matter how many "A" reviews they have.

Did what they said they would and were on time.

One of the worst business experiences of my life. Confirmed appointment with Charles, the owner, the night before, to meet at the storage location at 7:00 to 7:30 am. I was there waiting at 7:00. At 7:45, I started calling, only got unanswered voicemail. Texts went unanswered. At 8:15, I got a call that there was some kind of breakdown, and they would be there soon. At 8:45, I started calling and texting, and only got a call back after texting continually 20 times. This time they said the tow truck was there and they would soon be on their way. I called repeatedly and finally got another call back at 9:30, saying they had more problems. They strung me along, once with a text saying "we're on our way", which was an outright lie. At noon they admitted they had nothing headed my way, after I had been sitting waiting for 5 hours. They said I should go get some lunch and they would call when they were ready to do the job. I learned from one of the office workers that no one there had the credit to be able to rent a U-Haul, and they asked me to rent a U-Haul and they would do the lifting and moving. I would not. Last thing they said at 3:30 was they were getting their trailer repaired and would "definitely get me moved tonight, and they would answer the phone and call me with status. Never called again and never answered the phone again.

Terribly. Run, don't walk, away from this company. They were called C2 movers when I used them, so am unsure what they are called now.

Well it was some confusion about the cost. The guy had told me no trip charge cause I said I would use somebody else if you're too far away, no problem. He said no I'll waive the trip charge. When they got here they tried to put the trip charge on the bill and it was confusing there. They had to make a few calls to get that taken off. I think that was the only thing. Other than that the guys were pretty cool. I feel like they worked hard. They finished in a reasonable amount of time. That was the only issue that stops me from giving them an "A".

Scam Alert....This company that was listed on Angie's list with an "A" rating never showed up and would not refund the credit card charge for the first 3 hours. They never responded to phone calls and the only communications was through text or email. Each time that they were contacted they stated that they would be there shortly and were running just a little bit late. At 5PM they finally emailed us and said that they were unloading their truck and would be at our residence as soon as they were done. At 7pm C2 was emailed and the person responded that he was working alone and would be by as soon as he was done. We told him that it was too late and just wanted our deposit refunded. C2 Moving refused and responded back at 9:45PM stating that they could do our move now. We told them that we checked some reviews about their moving company and saw that other people had the same problem with them and were convinced that they were running a scam. By late afternoon we realized that this fraudulent company C2 Moving had no intention of completing our move and we were forced to look for another mover. We contacted Top Line Movers and spoke to Casey, the owner. We told Casey of our dilemma and asked if there was any way that they could do our move the next morning. He stated that they could be at our residence at 7AM and quoted us a very affordable price to complete our move. Top Line Movers arrived at our condo at 7AM the next day and did a fantastic job. The 2 men that did the move were very professional and very efficient. I would definitely use Top Line Movers again and will be sure to recommend them to any friends that need a mover in the future. Thanks Top Line for saving the day for us! On another note, I can't believe that Angie's list would promote a company on their website like C2 Moving without verifying them. A further check revealed that C2 Moving had an F rating with BBB and several other bad reviews with may claims of being a SCAM. Hopefully enough people will see this review so that they don't get scammed by C2 Moving.

They were great and cheap.

Crew arrived on time and packed up everything that needed to be moved. They were efficient and quick. They went directly to Tucson and started unloading. They did a great job. Cost more than quoted because of miscellaneous added costs.

Very professional and competent. Only drawback is they were over an hour late for pickup.

Movers damaged furniture, with several thousand of dollars in damages. After Numerous attempts to resolve my damages, they came and wanted to take my furniture and I only let them take one piece. Now, the company has a Bad Standing with the AZ Corp Commission, Their DOT has been terminated, and now after taking my one phone call is avoiding giving me my furniture back and says their insurance is no longer in effect to pay me claims. THEY ARE OFFICIALLY OUT OF BUSINESS.

They are terrific. The owner takes responsibility for his staff and is committed to quality.

Charles' customer service is A++. I kept changing my mind about the furniture to be moved. Started off with just a very fragile antique armoire, then moved on to other pieces. He was very flexible and happy to accommodate. The guys were polite, professional and showed up on time. I'm a return customer because I was so impressed after I used them for a big move 2 years ago. They know what they're doing and don't try to cut corners so it alleviates the stress of wondering if furniture is being damaged when you're not looking, which has been my experience with other companies in the past. They are amazing!

C2 Moving did a great job! They took the time to wrap all of our furniture in blankets and plastic wrap to ensure nothing was damaged or broken -- and everything arrived in perfect shape!! Definitely a professional moving service, and for the price I got on Angie's list (~$400 cheaper than going outside of Angie's List) it just cannot be beat. My only complaint is that we had our move scheduled for the morning, and about 30 minutes before the crew was supposed to show up I got a call saying that our team had called out or something. We had to be rescheduled to the afternoon, but I guess at least it was still scheduled for the same day.

Original appointment was scheduled weeks in advance and set for the crew to arrive between 07:00 & 07:30 on moving day. A couple of days before that I received a call asking if the start time could be pushed out to between 12:00 and 1:00 which I agreed to. The crew arrived at 5:00 PM. Sammy, Victor, and Jose were tired from their previous jobs but in good spirits and ready to get started. We finished at 10:00 PM. The crew was good, the equipment was good, the scheduling was unacceptable. Unfortunately there are few options available at the 11th hour. In hindsight, I should not have agreed to the reschedule. If you choose to use this company make sure the original schedule is adhered to, or have a back up plan in place.

The actual move was great - movers were on time, pleasant, efficient, and careful. BUT - we had an unpleasant surprise at the very end - one of the movers handed my daughter a business card and said "Charles will call you about a travel fee." This fee, which did not appear on Angie's list or anywhere on the company paperwork I signed, was $270. Charles, the company owner/manager called at 8 p.m. and wasn't truthful about having informed us of this fee in any way. I intend to pay, because I know it does cost to bring a crew and truck from Tucson to Phoenix, but feel that there should be a clear TRAVEL FEE disclaimer online and in person at the beginning of the move! If I had known about the fee I would have chosen a Tucson-based company. This company has an "F" rating from the Phoenix Better Business Bureau.

This crew was FABULOUS! I couldn't have been more pleased with the crew of Fred, Paka and James!! Fred was really skilled and knowledgeable and efficient in disassembling the furniture and rearranging it to fit my office space in both offices. (my goodness if they followed my advice on where to arrange the furniture, we would have been there all night) but they were quick, careful, thoughtful, polite, and the end result and price speaks for itself! I rarely get on the internet to do a great review THE VERY NEXT DAY...but I"m doing it with this group as I was so pleased with them. I did a google review and I'm doing this angie's list review which is where I found C2 movers and had such a great experience with them! You won't be disappointed. The 3 guys, Fred, Paka and James worked well together, efficiently and effectively!

Great! Other than the rescheduled U-haul but that was outside of their control.

They arrived on time, and were very professional. It was a hot day in AZ and these guys worked hard the whole time they were on the clock. Everything arrived in the same condition it left and no damage to the old house or new house. I would hire them again for Moving.
