C3 INVESTMENTS, LLC

It didn't go so well. I hired Ross in April after we purchased our new home. I wanted some work done in the home. He sent his project manager Victor out and I showed him around to what need to be done. We agreed to myself buying the materials. I paid him a deposit of 50% to get started. I have the invoice that he sent via email. It says at the bottom that he was to provide a COI that he never sent . The work started and them that's when all the problems began. The hardwood floor guys he sent didn't sand the floors correctly and they never came back and finished the job. Not to mention they started to sand the rails and just left it there. So you will get a splinter if you run your hand down it. He had to find someone else to do it. The new guys came and got stain all over my wall and base board. I spent $600 on paint to paint the walls and base boards. And painted mostly all of it by myself. He sent guys to finish it cause he claimed he felt bad. I told the guys make sure you have straight line and don't touch the ceiling with the paint. They hit the ceiling anyway and tried to touch it up and it's not the same color. I now have 2 tone ceilings. The new hardwoods install, they messed up the transition straps 4 times now the new floors have gouges where they pulled it up. The floor looks old now. In the bathrooms the tile guys he sent didn't mix the grout correctly and didn't cut tile to fit around the edges. The grout is cracking after a month. The master shower is another nightmare. I bought enough tile plus extra for a specific design and also had niche installed. The shower floor is a hot mess. The vgrout is cracking and it's not level and had 5 sections that hold water. They didn't use the grout color that I originally bought that I wanted. He sent tile people out 4 times to correct the problem. Still not fixed. They put a piece of gray tile in with the white. The grout lines are not even close to what is exsisting. I've contacted him numerous times and have spoken to him about it. This job was supposed to take 7days to complete. It is now the end of December and still not finished. He won't respond to me. The last response I got from him was I'm filing bankruptcy and someone took all his guys. So basically figure it out. He took our money and did crappy work. I did not paybthe remaing balance of $1500 he was asking for because the I came out of my pocket over the $1500 for materials that he damaged and paint to correct the situation. I even gave him patience and benefit of the doubt. I ask for the money back or come fix it himself. No response

I can't say enough good things about Ross and Victor with C3. They are honest, professional people that did the install quickly at a fair price. They even repaired where a previous contractor tried to install the flooring. They finished the job in 3 days (over 180 sq ft), cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. I will be reaching out to them in the future to do more work for me. Thank you so much for the quality job and your kindness!
