<p>Two craftsmen came on the date promised.  They treated our home with respect and did a great, no installation problems job.</p> <p>We discovered on completion that we wanted to add another complete cabinet.  In the past companies have taken this opportunity of an add-on to price gouge.  Cabinet Clad gave us three choices priced each of them out and again did a great install. I knew we were dealing with exceptional people when I noticed that all our handles LINED UP-perfectly!  In most showrooms we visited many times they would be off just a little bit but when you looked at them you would really notice it.  Cabinet Clad had attention to detail that was so matter of fact it was amazing.</p> <p>We have always felt that the true character of a company is most apparent after you have paid them and something comes up. We had a small problem with the trim in front of the dishwasher and Cabinet Clad came out to make sure it was just right in a timely manner and free of charge. </p> <p>I wish other companies had the character, quality of workmanship and attention to detail that Cabinet Clad does. Yes there are a lot of companies that are cheaper and cut corners.  But at the end of the day, every time you walk into your kitchen you see it and know where the mistakes are. Plus those "fronts" are not constructed as well or made of the same high quality materials. We built our home and it will be passed on with pride in excellent condition.  The warmth and beauty in our kitchen is thanks to Cabinet Clad.  They really are that good. </p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />

The work was very poorly done. The edges on the laminate for the cabinets was not cut evenly and straight resulting in a very jagged look. Laminate is bowing and coming off vertical surfaces. Overall the laminate will have to be redone or covered. The tile back splash was never completed. After 3 attempts and having to repurchase new tile twice at my expense, the job was never done correctly or to professional standards.  It is left unfinished and needs to be removed and done correctly.  Cabinet doors were put on using different hinges on each side of door. One was soft close, its paired door wasn't - making them difficult to close properly.   They were asked to replace hinges. Hinges replaced but they used different screws, color, size and style  throughout the kitchen. Doors now rub due to use of wrong hinges and poor screw installation.  Doors still rub and some are loose.   <br /> 2 months after install handles, doors and drawer fronts are pulling off due to poor installation. Screws were put in off center and stripped. Also screws were put into miter cuts causing cabinets to split. One door was installed backwards. Cabinet Clad stated work was complete on cabinets and told us we were too picky. The work was done so poorly, I would never use Cabinet clad again nor could I recommend them. <br /> Difficult to work with. They are unwilling to discuss potential resolutions. Owner will not return my calls. <br />

Plans were well detailed and provided a guide for doing the kitchen remodel. Although I did not choose this provider to do the kitchen remodel, the work that was performed by them was professional. <br />

<p>The representative was very friendly, and he worked quickly.  We were hoping for more ideas regarding color, backsplash, tile, etc., but the plans have been useful in helping us visualize what we can do as far as layout and dimensions.  We have decided to keep our existing cabinets, and update the hardware.</p> <br />

Workers very professional.  Came in and refaced the lower cabinets and peninsula.  Installed new upper cabinets and laminate counter tops. <br />

They were very nice.  It took at least 4 weeks after they came to my house to get the design.  The design came out to be pretty much what we thought we would need to do.

I was very impressed with Rick's design and ideas.  I am still in the process of considering other bids.  His design is definitely in the running. <br />

They were very helpful.  Installation was during very cold weather.  They did any cutting that needed to be done on our deck outside.  They cleaned up any mess and were very considerate of our property.  It took two full days and they worked from early morning until about 6:00 pm.  We love our cabinets now and the lighter color really makes the interior not so dark. <br />

They were so good, everything went exactly as planned.  Cleaned up after themselves <br />

It took about three weeks to finalize what we were going to do. New cabinets were too expensive and painting did not seem to improve the kitchen appearance enough. We settled for refacing and are really glad we chose to go with cabinet clad. Their low key approach and they always did what they said. The hardest part for us was being without a kitchen for a little over a week. Taking everything out of our cabinets was also hard.the workers showed up when they said and all of their work was first class. We were also able to make some changes in the design without causing any unreasonable cost or schedule delays. During the work and at the end, we were really happy that we had chosen cabinet clad and would not hesitate in using them again. <br />

The installation went fine after a mix up on the day they were to do the work.  The problem came with the cost.  I purchased a special on Angie's list for 40 sq. ft. for $449.  When the man came out to measure I told him either the powder room or laundry and he said he could do both.  He did not make it clear to me that he meant $449 for each room.  He did make it clear I would have to pay extra for new hoses in the laundry room and I sent a check for that.  I was sent a bill on July 8 returning my check and asking for $489. <br /> As a widow I am so sick and tired of being taken advantage of by repairmen.  There are very few I trust.  Cabinet Clad is not one of them. I admit I should have asked for all this in writing but he should have given it to me without my asking.  I learned this lesson the expensive way.

The product they put on was very nice and the workmen were up to the task.  When we had a couple of issues with a couple of other cabinet doors, they worked continuously with us to get them to our satisfaction.  We would've liked to have it cheaper.

Everything was excellent. Very professional. He took the time to ask if he was doing the job per our requirements. The area was cleaned up after he had completed his work for the day. <br />

Fine. We were out of town oft most of work .  Good communications and responses to a few requests to tighten screws.

He did a thorough job and gave us an estimate of the cost of reclading cabinets and new counter tops.  In the end we decided not to reclad the cabinets.
