I called the day before last minute because my electrician cancelled out on me and I wanted to get the job done quickly. Stephanie was very helpful in getting me scheduled for the very next day. I had a meeting in the afternoon so she rearranged the schedule so I would be first on the list for the day. Jay arrived ( a little late because he was stuck in traffic on the Beltway) but he called to make sure I knew that which I very much appreciated. The job was a bit complicated and a bit difficult as running cable between floors is no easy task. Jay did a fantastic job. He was very professional, courteous, and neat in his work and made sure to clean up after he was done. I highly recommend this company. <br /> <br /> <br />

I called Cable Connexions, they were able to come to my home the same day. As we discussed the project I was given suggestions on how to make my system work better. The estimate was very reasonable, so I agreed to have the work done. The work was able to be done that same day. Before they left they tested all the connections and made sure my cable tv and internet were working properly. <br />

We had just moved and knew that some space of our townhouse was going to be limited and we needed to maximize the space. We looked on Angie's List and found Cable ConneXions, LLC. Called and got an appointment with no problem. The technicians was on time, professional and courteous. James and his crew were great. The pricing was reasonable for 3 flat screens. I would would recommend them.

It was wonderful. They installed all the wiring to our new TV this year. They offered us options. They were on time, did the work quickly and 2 workers came out. It took them about an hour and a half to two hours to complete the work. We heard about them through Angie’s List. They were flexible with our schedule.

Cable Connexions did an excellent job with mounting our TV to the wall and concealing the cords. Anthony was the person who came to do the work. He was on time, and communicated with us prior to his arrival. He was very professional and thorough. He verified that all our connections were working before leaving, as well. The TV looks great on our wall!

Overall, the service performed was excellent. James and his crew brought our 100 year old historic house up to the 21st century! When we bought our home (end of summer '13) the modern amenities that we were used to just didn't exist ... no one had updated the place since the 50's. While there was a live phone line we couldn't find it, and there was not one working phone jack in the joint (yes, we still use an old fashioned land-line), there was only one cable TV outlet and it was way up on the 3rd floor, in an attic room, and no capacity for internet, much less wireless. James designed a schematic-type plan and the installation commenced. It was not without its difficulties -- 20" plaster/lathe and brick walls made it challenging and more time-consuming than originally planned, so original estimates were exceeded - significantly. The job ran over by more than a week, which of course, meant that the cost ran over too. However, we understood the challenges that the house presented -- while we weren't happy that it was going to cost a couple of grand more (yep, not a cheap date), we accepted it. To be fair, it wasn't just the challenges of the house that made the job run-over, we added elements that we didn't originally intend to - like running wire for potential future security cams that we'll probably never put in! (Beware: James is an excellent salesman besides being a genius wiring guy!) In the end, we now have jacks with computer, data and voice in every room and we are very happy with the product and delighted to have our house join this century, at least media and communication-wise! The plumbing is a different story!! <br /> Cable Connexions made good on every question, issue, hiccup we had ... no complaints, no attitude. One example - when they demoed the old wiring in the house (taking out a literal truck full), they accidentally clipped the wire to the heating thermostat. We discovered this when the heat just didn't work. I called James immediately when it was clear what the problem was (discovered by the heating guy who made an emergency visit after a very cold night). I know it wasn't convenient because they were booked solid, but James freed up one of his guys, Anthony (also great at what he does), and he came and fixed the problem within an hour or so of our call. <br /> James is passionate about his work and clearly loves what he's doing. He's a sweetheart. He/they do great work. Their prices are moderate (not the cheapest, not the most expensive) but they are creative and willing to work through whatever <br /> problems your house presents to get you what you need! I do wish he had a bigger staff because that would have made the job go quicker (thus being less expensive) but having discussed this with James, I understand that he likes to do things "just-so" - with excellence - and he said its hard to find guys that share the same commitment. We will absolutely <br /> work with James again next year when we renovate our kitchen/family room area ... we would highly recommend Cable Connexions!

The team at Cable Connexions did an outstanding job and exceeded my expectations. It really pays to have professionals do the job right. We are enjoying the new setups. The team worked well together, very efficiently and fast. The results look great. I am not technically adept and struggled between having my brother or a friend do the wiring for the speakers. I hesitated and then called Cable Connexions. What a relief. Go pro definitely. They are very experienced and do this everyday. The have an a la carte pricing so I was able to add the speaker system, and moving the tv to the initial tv mount package. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and they were very adept at fishing the wires behind walls and ceilings. They gave me their expert advice on speaker placement. The final setup is terrific. What a big difference over our original setup. They cleaned up and it looks like the installation has always been there. <br /> If you have a sound system, tv, camera, security, or other systems that need configuring and installed I would definitely recommend calling cable connexions first.
