Bill and his company are excellent! So glad we found him. Honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced, and works with you on schedule. A pleasure to know and deal with. Also had great referral on hot tub repair (Mark Albanowiicz 732-948-0049).

Bill was an expert across the board. You can always tell when contractors come with the intention of finding addl costly repairs or work. Bill, was the complete opposite. I was blown away by his profound honesty and more importantly, the work...I advised him we needed a new liner, and he layed out a simple fair, honest procedure for us. And I hired him on the spot for next Springs liner replacement. And, will be using his pool attendant service as well, next summer. Bottom Line, this Co. is nothing less then stellar and really fairly priced...Amazing.

Bill is a gentleman and so is the rest of his staff. Courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

UPDATED REVIEW - After an issue with not turning off the electric and the motor running dry for four days - I posted a prior review. IT IS A SHAME THAT IT TURNED OUT THE WAY IT DID. The work that they did on the pool was good - with an honest error in not shutting off the electric. If the owner had dealt with the issue more professionally he would have had a client for a long time. The owner contacted me after reading the reviews. He was not very pleasant at first yelling and cursing at me. After he calmed down he agreed to pay for a new motor. That was accomplished today. When he is rational he seems like a nice guy - but I am not happy with someone who yells at me if something goes wrong. Never apologized either. At least he finally corrected the error

Bill and his team go above and beyond to perform exceptional service at an affordable price. I have had my liner replaced and a safety cover installed this year by Cadillac Pools and the workmanship was second to none. Bill did a fantastic job replacing our pool liner. He is meticulous and takes tremendous pride in his work which shows in the finished product. He is very easy to work with and attentive to the needs of the customer, expecting nothing less than a perfect job. Highly recommend.

Very professional. My Earlier review was in regard to the ordering of the liner . Pool liner was installed, on time , and beautiful. Bill offered to do the job earlier in the spring and close and reopen the pool later if I did not want to leave it open. Customer service is wonderful, Pam Bill's daughter, returns your phone call promptly. Although I usually close my pool on my own, this year Cadillac Pools will will be hired to doth who . I would highly recommend Caddillac Pools for all your pool needs

Just bought a house and have been working with many vendors to say the least. Bill in particular excelled and provided the exact service I needed with knowledge and professionalism. He did not rush, took his time explaining the type of pool we have and the services it provides along with the hardware that came with it. Being new pool owners this was crucial and led to us hiring Bill to service and maintain our pool. The very next day he came back, provided us with new piping, jets and light fixtures to name several. Great service from a knowledgeable vendor who I would recommend to any one who is in need of his services and extensive pool experience.

We tried other companies but Bill was the only one who called us back promptly and came over that day He was very knowledgeable and promised to get our pool clear and useable . He even came while we were away and turned our green swamp into blue water and even sent n us a picture.He did what he promised and at a reasonable price. Without Bill and his crew we would not have had a pool this summer. I highly recommend him and plan to continue using his services for weekly maintenance as well as to close the pool Many thanks !!
