I had some backup into the basement, they came to rod it out and told me I needed to check the line going to the street and they could come back for a video check. Well they said they came back and took the video and I needed some expensive work to clear the line. I called to ask them for the video, they said that they'd have someone call me back. They called me back and said that there was no video, their worker didn't put in a USB drive and besides they said I didn't ask for one. What did they expect I was asking for??? I said I expected and wanted a video, how do I know they even really performed the work. They said they would call me back. THEY DIDN'T. I called them back, they again said they'd call me. Again no call. The last time they told me, the owner was on another call but would definitely call me back. One week later NO CALLBACK. I firmly believe they didn't do a video, charged me for one and took me for a sucker. I will NEVER use this company again. I think they are crooks. P.S. Ever since they rodded the drain one of my toilets started have trouble flushing. I won't doubt they messed it up so they could come back again for more money. DO NOT USE. P.P.S. I wonder if they will contact me on this posting, I doubt it.

They've put in a new furnace, water heater, AC, etc. They are very reliable, but not inexpensive. Everything they do is quality and they only work with quality people. I had a problem with the air compressor on our AC right after the warranty had expired. Cahill said that they work with that company all the time and that part shouldn't have gone out that quick. They said they would talk to the company and see that it is made right, and they did.

The workers from Cahill are timely and they do good work. They try to work with the pricing. They are very accommodating and honest. They only do what is necessary. I have no complaints about them, they are great.

They may be priced a little high, but they do great work. I will check prices for future reference if I have any bigger jobs done. For regular plumbing jobs, I would definitely hire again.

They did not come out on time; they were a day later. Once they did get out here to do the work, they were pleasant and fine to work with. The job they did was good. They were also good at returning phone calls.

Cahill installed my new furnaces in a professional manner and the units work very well. The annual service is thorough and complete. I am confident that the units are well maintained and not just given a cursory service. Installation of the ducts was done quickly and professionally and their advice helped me make the right decisions. They showed up to perform the work at the agreed time and completed the work efficiently. I didn't have to allocate a block of hours during which they might show up -- as with most service companies. I liked this company because they fixed a long standing problem that I had with mold and mildew. They were on time, very courteous, and polite. The technicians even cleaned up more than what they messed up when they were done.
