Save your time and money and use another company. We called Calloway on May 31st and 6 weeks later they told us the AC was fixed. They were supposed to be replacing the coil which was still under warranty. Turns out they didn't replace the coil but just put a bunch of glue on the old one and billed us over $1,000. Less than a month later and the AC is still leaking after having fixed the drywall and paint from the first leak. Calloway never told us they were not going to replace the coil. That's why they kept saying it was taking so long because they had to send the old coil back and get a new one. Long story short, they lied to us and are completely incompetent. Go elsewhere and thank me later.

The response time for same day call went well. Solution was not easy but once we figured it out, the technician was super helpful, courteous and did a great job. No problems with fireplace not staying lit because it works great now.
