Calderon Contractor

So I tried to avoid this at all cost because we truly wanted to support the young Christian businessman but since he has not returned any of my husband or my calls/texts I am putting it here in case any of you seek his services. We paid Jonathan Caldron, a local businessman to do several small projects for us. He started, was late several times, kept asking for more money and finally just never returned. His equipment is still here and I just finished cleaning up his mess to make our house presentable again. The work is still unfinished and now we have to find someone else to complete the job. If all of this was not enough, try figuring out how to store his stuff because legally we can not trash it and try to get some of our money back. I tried to get a refund but he has declined to return it. My bank is taking 90 days to investigate so this is a journey. Thankfully we were smart enough to only give him a deposit and supply money but still that is our hard earned money. No one wants to be ripped off or pay for stuff multiple times. We tried to be patient thinking perhaps someone died or something really bad happened but this is just not good business. If anyone hears from him I suggest you do not use his services. We did our research on him but unfortunately he has multiple businesses. What we saw was good reviews. We found all of this after we hired him. Lesson learned. Hope this helps someone. Pray he is well. Hope we do not have to store his items too much longer and we can recoup some of our money.

I hired Jonathon to do several projects to get my house ready to list. The projects were: Paint, Replace ceiling tiles, Replace fluorescent lights with recessed lighting, New ceiling fan, Repair cabinets. Cost 2800. Projects he completed before showing: Installed ceiling fan, Repaired cabinets. I ended up needing to sand walls and repaint, because he did not sand before painting, finish replacing ceiling tiles, and hire another electrician to remove fluorescent lights and replace them with recessed lights. Jonathon has not responded to any texts or phone calls regarding this matter. My experience with Jonathon was as follows: Unresponsive to phone calls and texts, Unreliable, Dishonest, Failed to complete the project according to the terms of the contract. As previously stated, I have repeatedly called and texted Jonathan about this, but he has not responded.

I am DISAPPOINTED. I initially hired Jonnie because he offered a decent quote for the service (power wash front and back decks and exterior siding of entire house). He and his partner did a GREAT JOB on the cleaning. HOWEVER, the problem came when I looked out one of my 2nd floor bathroom window the evening after the work was done, and saw a substantial CRACK in the outer panel of my glass window. I immediately called Jonathan to make him aware that he or his partner cracked the window with their ladder or the water pressure from hose. He respectfully apologized and agreed he would have his Dad come out to look at the damage and repair. He CLAIMED their company does all types of home repair/contract work. By his response, I was assured the issue would be resolved quickly. NEVERTHELESS, the damage was incurred April 13 2021 and it is now July 15 2021. Jons dad came to access the damage on April 28 or 29th. He measured the window, said he was going to Home Depot to get it, came back with a picture of the window on his phone...and said he ORDERED the window and would be back in 7 days to install. Cool. However May 9th came and still no window or NO UPDATE from Jon nor his dad. I left several msgs. When Jon finally responded on May 29th. he said he and his family were out of town and would return on June 23rd. Still NO call/ NO show. I called and texted on June 26 and several times after! MY BATHROOM WINDOW IS STILL CRACKED AND THE CALDERONS HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY CALLS (today is July 15 2021) This is Unacceptable and Disheartening. Poor customer service and Not true to your WORD/PROMISE.

This contractor was not reliable, didn't show up to clean after his job. Show up hours after the agree upon time.

These guys did a great Job. The task was much harder than we expected but the team dug right in and got it done. Cant thank them enough for such a good job

Did excellent job. Conscientious.

He is very professional and did an awesome job, he is amazing.
