It was excellent, the owner (Mark) is very respectful, he listened to everything we wanted, he had good attention to details and treated us like family. All staffs are professional and hardworking. Mark and his associate Alexis gave me vision and it was better than what I even imagined. Not to mention, he improved the functionality of the kitchen and I would definitely refer him.

It was an excellent service. The craftsmanship on the corner of the baseboard was excellent. It was better than what I had from before. I was very impressed with the quality of the work.

The job was good but the quality wasnt how it should have been. He was the nicest guy I ever met but he doesnt took care of his job. The cabinets were very terrible. The price was good but it does not matched with the work that they did. The flooring and carpet were the only good work that they did.

It was a very unpleasant work. Im waiting for a phone call back from them until now. The floors were scratched.

"Hello Ms. [Member Name Removed] . one thing we learned being in business for over 26years , is that we can not make every customer happy no matter how hard we try . when you purchase any flooring product from us , our job is to install your floors up to industry standards , witch we did. your complaint was that you scratched your floor when you were moving your heavy couch with a damaged leg and that's not covered by manufactures warranty . to make you happy when we came out to inspect the flooring , we ordered a touch up kit for you at no charge . we didn't have to do that ,but we did truly wanna make you happy and that's why we did that . on top of that we even orderd a full box to replace the damaged pieces at no charge . if that didn't make you happy ,we don't know what will . we work very hard and go out of our way to keep our customers happy ."
