I would hire this company again. They did an AMAZING job!!!!!

They quoted for three days, I paid more than 50% down payment, but they said it might be dry in two days and the total would be less. I called after two days as requested, and told the young man from the job that my basement was indeed dry as he thought it might be. He agreed to pick up the equipment the following day but called to say he wouldn't make it, but that I would only be charged for two days. He came and got everything and gave me a reduced balance due, which I paid. Weeks later they called my wife at work asking for a payment of a balance due. She thought I had forgotten something so she paid them for that third day we didn't owe for. When we called back to dispute it, they admitted the error but only offered to refund part of the extra payment, and acted like they did us a favor. Very unprofessional way to run a business. Hard to believe actually. They likewise ignored my email asking for the full refund.

The company was very responsive to my request for a re-clean after pet stains resurfaced following the initial cleaning. The technician that came back was very helpful and made a solid effort to treat the small area that needed additional attention. My only complaint is that the price of pet stain treatment was not disclosed prior to handing me the bill. Treatment was $50/room. This added $100 to my bill, which was only $150 without the pet stain treatment. I felt that since this is so much significantly higher than the cleaning cost itself for shampooing the carpets, it should have been discussed prior to billing.

After I paid on Angie's List they never contacted me. I had to follow up and then when they arrived they couldn't do the work because they didn't have enough people. When they came back the work was done to our satisfaction.

It went very well. Calloway called and asked to arrive early, and they did. I don't know much about air duct cleaning, but they were on time, neat, respectful and cleaned up after themselves.

They called ahead to allow time to get home and arrived on time. Tommy, director of operations, and Andy were the two men, both very professional. Tommy walked through and saw the issues, and explained what process he was going to do to resolve the issues. As he said on the phone he would keep me informed as he was doing the work, which he did. Both men went to work and were very thorough. When complete, the areas looked a lot better, and hopefully will when completely dry. I was impressed with how Calloway responded to the negative review, and even more so when I saw these two men handle the problem. Unexpected, they performed extra services at no charge, which I certainly appreciate and wanted to share how nice everything looks now. Thank you Tommy and Andy!!!

I called Calloway to have my carpets cleaned prior to the holidays. They arrived at the expected time and quickly examined the carpet areas to be cleaned. I had expected they would suggest the restoration treatment because the areas were very high traffic and it had been a couple years since they had been cleaned. The technician (Chris) was confident he could get the expected results with a regular cleaning. He wasted no time cleaning the carpet and having me expect the results. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of having Calloway services. I’ll be referring friends & family.

Jeff inspected house for mold.  Now get this, he found no live mold which tells me that this company is very honest because they are in the business of mold removal.  The inspection was detailed and very helpful.

Calloway handled a complete kitchen renovation for us as well as a three season room remodel.  They were recommended by a neighbor who was thrilled with the work Calloway did on their basement remodel after flooding.  We were thrilled with their excellent craftsmanship, the integrity of their word and the delivery of a quality job.  In addition to this, they stayed within budget and were professional and easy to work with.  We would use them again and recommend them highly.  Thank you Calloway!!!! <br />

Installer was excellent, he communicated well and did an excellent job installing my floors. He was very knowledgeable about flooring and how to take care of them.

Went very well, right down to them cleaning our main floor hardwood from any possible dirt/residue from boots or equipment.  They cleaned it so well that the main entry foyer of the house was as slippery as an ice rink.  If I were to make any suggestion it would be to quit using whatever floor cleaning product that was and switch to one that doesn't leave the floor so slippery. <br />

<p>They are tops when it comes to customer service and working with the client to arrive at a satisfactory plan of action, offering suggestions and explaining the ins and outs and why something will work when something else might not.  I love their ingenuity and problems-solving capabilities as a team.  Whenever I need remodeling of any type done, I will call Calloway.  They are very competitive pricewise, without sacrificing quality of work done and without sacrificing quality of materials used.  I cannot say enough about the positive experience and about how well-pleased we are with their work.  </p> <p>A few years back, they did a mold remediation job for me.  My experience with them at that time is why I contacted them for this job.  </p> <br />
