Phil actually never finished the job at hand and was totally unresponsive to my calls when I asked him to come back to complete the job. <br />

He can diagnose a problem. He is honest. His price is very fair. He is outstanding. I have used him for twelve years. He is very capable. I call him for any problem I have. He is outstanding.

He came to inspect the job within a few days of my call.  We had to wait for the weather to improve for him to complete it. 

I have used him twice. He is very good, well priced, and shows up on time.

As has been the case in the past, Phil did an excellent job of fixing problems in my apartment. He is highly skilled and delightful to work with; he also explains what he's doing without being patronizing. He's essentially everything you'd want in a handyman; I recommend him highly.

After tearing open the wall and cutting jagged holes in the backs of rather expensive kitchen cabinets, he left, saying the job was too big for him. He did not clear up any demolition debris and even left open bags of moldy wallboard in my living room. The initial problem was mold behind the wall. He left with me with the problem of mold dispersed throughout the living area and an unusable kitchen.

Phil showed up with a ladder and a toolbox. He was right on time, quiet, and quick. We gave him a list of small things to fix like chairs, installing hooks, fixing a running toilet, lightbulbs that we could not reach, etc. He fixed it all. I cannot say enough good things about him, he was FANTASTIC.

Phil is very pleasant to work with and helped me come up with creative solutions for house repairs, including doing research online to help me find the cabinet latches I needed. He also went out of his way to acomodate my schedule, and his prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Phil was very courteous, explained everything to me, did a great job with everything and gave tips on how to save money on a few other things we still need to do around the house. The caulking around the bath tub was done very neatly, he used tape so the lines would be clean and clear, and he used a special type of caulking that prevents molding. He said that if it were to come off in the next year he would redo it for free. Absolutely great experience. Phil will be coming back to do more work, but said he needs a bit time to think how we can do the work (replace the back splash guard in the kitchen) with less money.

Being new to Massachusetts we have relied heavily on Angieslist and this experience was nothing short of wonderful. There was an initial miscommunication on the actual start date but Phil was truly sorry and made every effort to to get everything done per my tight schedule. He was very professional and insightful. He recommended alternatives which saved me some money. He provided useful info regarding Boston as well. I would definitely use him again!

I left him a message that if he couldn?t do it to not call me back. He told me he was too busy to do my ceiling. I wouldn?t call him again for anything.

He was very precise, honest, didn't try to sell something I didn't need, and he assured me I didn't have to do anything drastic with my outside air conditioner. He told me what I did and didn't need. I found that very helpful. He was very reasonably priced.

Overall, it went super well! I had been afraid I had bought something over the internet that nobody would be able to put together. But they did it, and did it well. A great big thank you to CALL PHIL NOW!

Phil is great. It is kind of like having your handy uncle come over to do things. He is responsive, but when you have a long list it can take a while to get it 100% finished. You have to be patient. He takes it upon himself to go off to Home Depot to get the exact right hinge or knob or switch that is needed, which is great. He takes pride in his work. We recommend him if you aren't in a very big hurry.

He covered all the windows in my basement and made a frame for my widows on either side of my front door. He fixed a fence and built a garden gate. He was just terrific. He was reasonable and charged by the hour. He was punctual.

He was very nice, and did the work well.

We have used him before for other things. He responds promptly and he does have an electrician that works with him for some things. I am thinking of calling him again soon for something else.

It went really well. The shelf looks like it was always there. Phil did a great job. Every step of the way he would provide choices (type of wood, thickness, type of stain, color, etc.) so we could make the best choice for the room. He is very hardworking and very conscientious.
