I purchased a service call from "Call That Girl" to have my home PC "cleaned" as it was running very slowly and locking up. They made an appointment with me for 3PM on a Monday and then no one came, called or emailed me when the time arrived. I waited for over an hour. The next day I received an email from a representative of the firm, telling me that he had problems the day before and could not get to me; and could we set up a second appointment. I did set up a second appointment and this time the rep did arrive at my house at the day and time of the appointment. However, he only worked on the PC for about 10-12 minutes and then said he had to go to another appointment and that his boss would contact me by phone to complete the appointment. After about 15 more minutes, I was contacted by another person who accessed my PC remotely and then appeared to complete the service. I say appeared because I am not clear about what was actually done. Two strange programs were uploaded into my PC and although I was told about programs, I did not understand that they would be in my PC permanently. My PC worked better for 2 days and then gradually worked less and less well. Generally, I am not impressed with this service and would think twice about using it again or recommending it to anyone else.

It was so simple. I turned on my computer and they did all the repairs and tune up from their location. I was so happy not to have to drag my computer all over town. I called them because my printer wouldn't print correctly and the computer was crashing all the time. Both problems were fixed! It was totally worth the money. <br />

My laptop was diagnosed as needing a new wireless card, which they would order and install for me. I was told 3-5 days (or so). When I hadn't heard anything after 2 weeks, I got a little suspicious and called to check. No one seemed to know what was going on, and in fact they couldn't find my computer initially. I called a few more times, hoping to find someone who would figure out what was taking so long, and was finally successful after a week or so. Apartently the part had to be ordered from Asia and it would take a few weeks (they had ordered it promptly). I picked up the computer a week later, as it had been with them for a month. They called a few days later and told me the part was in and they would install it if I brought the computer back. I did, and they installed the card while I waited and charged me a minimal amount for the service. Communication was not good, but after I barked at them, I spoke with the manager, who was very helpful and understanding. I will probably take my computer back to them in the future, as I have used them before and they were much better, but I no longer recommend them to my friends. <br />

I lost the ability for internet connectivity on my laptop computer - they identified a couple of root causes for the issue and addressed them. They provided me updates as to their progress, the price was extremely reasonable and everyone there was a pleasure to deal with. I called yesterday, Bryce called me back and scheduled an appointment for today at a time that was convenient for me. He called me promptly at the appointed time. He walked me through logging him onto my computer. He fixed the problem quickly and obviously was extremely knowledgeable about computers. I was a little nervous about letting someone have remote access to my computer, but he was very professional and put me at ease very quickly. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely use them again for any computer problems I may have..

Called for an appt. & got it right in.    Brought the pc in to Bryce  on Fri. 10:30 a.m.. Very nice young man!  He phoned by 1:00  to advise.    I had them go ahead and do what they needed to do.  They answered any questions I had and made mefeel comfortable to call them anytime with any questions at all.  (I am not at all an I.T. person !!)  Brought it homeand wha la!   THAT WAS EASY.  :)   Very casual office at a convenient spot in Rochester.  I'm all for supporting THIS small business!  NOTE:  Had just spent $50 on Norton yada yada yada for viruses and all that jazz BEFORE going to Call That Girl.......CTG did an obviously MUCH better job!   Lesson learned.  I'd recommend this business to my Mother! <br /> <br />

The repair was smooth and went extremely well. I emailed Call That Girl's online appt scheduling service early in the morning on 3/15/11 and explained that it was an emergency situation. I am currently in the midst of a family crisis and the computer is my link to the network of people I need to talk to several times a day. Within 15minutes of my email, I received a call from Lisa Hendrickson, the owner of Call That Girl. She told me how to get in touch with Bryce and that he would be able to help me. After the repair was over, I asked Bryce how much his service was going to cost me, knowing that it would be reasonable because it always has been in the past. I was very pleasantly surprised to hear from Bryce that Lisa told him "No Charge". I was stunned and very grateful. This is the third or fourth time I have used Call That Girl and every time, Lisa and her staff have saved the day! Thank you Call That Girl! You guys are the best!
