Very pleased with the Mitsubishi ductless a/c system Cal's installed. Prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

Even though I live in the boonies and far from their office, Ernie responded when nearly no one else did. Ernie was very prompt, professional, and quick with the installation. No surprises at all; went exactly as he explained. Couldn't be more pleased.

We had Cal’s install an air handler in our attic and 2 ductless Mitsubishi heads. We were originally looking for an option to cool our home in the most cost effective and efficient way possible. Ernie suggested an air handler in the attic which would handle the heating/cooling of 3 upstairs bedrooms, a bathroom and an office. He also installed a ductless Mitsubishi unit in our family room and another in our in-law suite. We received quotes from 4 other companies and Cal’s was by far the most competitive in pricing and came up with a solution to heat/cool a 3 zone home that only one other company suggested. Ernie’s solution was more appealing to me though because it was one less head unit than the other company suggested which in turn was more aesthetically pleasing. The condensers outside are actually mounted on to the house which keeps it clear from any snow that may accumulate so no need to clear around them. Again, an option that other companies did not offer, but was extremely appealing to us. He explained in detail how the systems would be installed and operate and the most efficient way to use them. He arrived on time, was always professional and responsive each time we reached out to him. His work is meticulous and cleans up as he goes and not just the spot they get dirty, the entire room. I highly recommend Cal’s to anyone looking for heating/cooling needs.

We've used Cal's since we purchased our townhouse in 2014 (sorry I haven't written a proper review before now.) In that time he has done regular service on our systems, replaced our AC condenser, and most recently fixed an issue raised during the home inspection as we are preparing to sell our home. He has always been responsive, arrives promptly and is very professional. We knew last summer that we'd need to replace our condenser, but the unit cost had increased by the time we were ready to replace it. Ernie negotiated a with the supplier to get us last year's price. He has also given advice as we made heating/AC decisions for the new construction we are buying. Cal's will definitely be our heating/AC service provider in our new home as well. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Our heat pump and exchanger were replaced in one day. It was a pretty big job, but it got done and done the way that we wanted. It looks great and works great. Cal's also took with them our old heat pump and exchanger for disposal. (Phew! they are both huge and heavy and not something that we could have easily handled.) <br />

They showed up when promised to investigate why the ac wasn't cooling the house.  He and his assistant were very prompt and professional and found the problem very quickly.   They repaired the leak by brazing the high pressure line which provided a better leak-proof seal than the original soldered connection.   They recharged the system and it has worked fine ever since.  Earnie is great about following up on his repairs and service. <br /> I have used Cal's several times for both installations and repairs and have always found Earnie to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and prompt.  When he installs or repairs something, you can count on it being done correctly and he stands 100% behind his work.   I would highly recommend him. <br />

Cal and his assistant came on time.  Got right to work finding the problem. Explained what they were doing and then fixed the problem  all in less than  1 hour.  I would definitely hire again. <br />

Ernie responded to my original request promptly. He showed up for the scheduled appointment on time and completed the repairs quickly, explaining the issue and providing advice about avoiding issues in the future. <br />
