On Saturday, August 5th, 2023, Demitri King came to my house to get his first deposit in the amount of $3,500 CASH. On August 7th, I met with Demitri at the Home Depot store to buy the materials. On Saturday August 12th, Demitri asked for another payment for the fence and I gave him $2,000 CASH. At this point, Demitri collected majority of his fencing payment before even half-way done. Demitri was to start our project on Saturday August 12th and complete it by the end of the week of the 18th. Demitri then informed me that he went on vacation and was not returning until August 16th. Demitri returned to the property on August 18th to ask for more money to get a U-Haul to throw out debris left behind from his previous work. I paid him $1000.00 CASH. On August 19th Demitri demanded $2,000 deposit for rebuilding the house deck which I paid to him in CASH. Demitri partially dismantled the deck half-way and left it in an unsafe manner. After weeks of not fixing the situation, my visiting sister fell from one of the steps. After the $2,000 deposit payment, Demitri returned a week later with a different car. Demitri never threw out our trash. He left all the debris here at our property, including his own belongings. After several phone calls, Demitri made intimidating statements and threatened violence at me and my family who complained about his work. Demitri King falsely advertised that his services are licensed and represented himself as an employee of Calvin King Property Management. Demitri King deceived us to form a contract as a representative of Calvin King Property Management. Owner of Calvin King Property Management, Calvin vehemently disputed and denied any association with Demitri King. Demitri King collected payments from me in advance for home repair and maintenance services that they fail to perform. Demitri King provided home repair and maintenance services to me and my family that are incomplete, shoddy, and unworkmanlike, and refused to correct such work or to pay refunds.

They got the job done and then some! They gutted the whole house! In less time than I thought they would! They did exactly what I wanted them to do and it looked absolutely amazing! Plus the cleanup was so good you couldn't even tell I had my place remodeled! I really can't wait to show it off to my family and friends this summer when they come to visit Plus the outside work they did to to my backyard made it come back to life I am so impressed hands down this is the only company that I will be calling from now on for anything that I need done plus as a added bonus Dimitri is a real estate agent so if I ever decide to sell my house or buy another one you can get two birds with one stone!
