C & R Restoration

C & R called minutes after my SM request. After a quick explanation of the situation (3 yr. old w/1st stomach flu), I was assured that it would be cleaned/deodorized completely, satisfaction guaranteed. The 'spot', along w/rest of carpet, + a strwy & area rug were cleaned quickly & thoroughly. It's been a while now, and I can't believe how good the carpets still look. What seemed too good to be true was just another job for C & R. _The actual cost ended up over $20 LESS than the phone estimate(which was already much cheaper than the other 2 co's); _There was no weekend surcharge (unlike the other 2). I made sure he left me some of his cards!

Good work, very prompt and courteous

I was very impressed and suprised by the quick response I received from C & R Restoration. Once I placed the service request on line, a representative from the company called me within minutes. C & R Restoration did a fantasitic job on my carpet and cleaning my living room furniture. They were friendly, quick, professional and provided outstanding customer service. I will certainly use C & R Retoration again and will recommend them to all of my friends/colleagues.

Robert returned a call while I was still online. He made arrangements to meet with us at our convenience at the condo. We were just moving to Tacoma and needed the carpet cleaned that very next day. He wanted to access the rug and make the best choice for the best result. He completed the job that evening and we were ready to move in....We are very happy with the results and the promptness.

He was timely, got in and did the job effectively and I can really see the difference. He gave me a quote over the phone when I spoke with him about what I had that needed cleaning. He didn't try to raise the price once he got here. He charged me what he quoted which I thought was great. I've told many people about the Service Magic service I just happened to "run into" on the web.

Mr. Moreno did a great job. My carpets are very clean and he gave me some tips on how to better take care of them.

Robert was very good to work with and was very conscientious. Everything cleaned up very nice. My heavy traffic areas look a little dirty again, but that's always been my experience with steam cleaning. Seems like the same spots come back somewhat. It took a long time to dry also -- about two days. Overall, I was very pleased.
