wonderful! Mr. Caparro and his crew arrived on my property to install the awning the day he promised. The crew was prompt, courteous and professional. The installation took about 2 hours. The crew cleaned up any debris that was on the property. Mr. Caparro also explained and showed me how the awning worked and also care and maintenance of it. Mr. Campari was such a friendly man that I felt very comfortable working with him. <br />

<p>They arrived on time, and they were professional, courteous, and friendly.  The four hour installation didn't happen because the motor was bad; but we rescheduled for early next mourning.  Jack called us the next mourning to let us know that one truck had been in a accident, but they were still coming.  They arrived mid mourning in a rented truck, and completed the job.  </p> <p>This is important because he had promised us that we would have our awning to enjoy on the 4th, and they delivered.  It is also important to note that while in our home they respected our things and cleaned up behind themselves.  Jack walked us through operating and caring for our new awning.  He also went over the warranty and registration. They went above and beyond; and I feel that Jack and his crew embody their logo of quality, integrity, and service!</p> <br />

Owner Jack Caparro came to my home, showed me samples of the awning materials, and described the product and service.  Because of the vagaries of the weather in this region during April and May, the installation was delayed several weeks.  However, everything went well with the installation.  I was actually at work during the installation.  I returned home early enough to meet with Jack, view a demonstration of the opening and closing mechanism, and get some information from Jack about the maintenance and warranty.  I am very satisfied with the beautiful awning, its operation, the installation, and the contract process. <br />

Very quick service. Excellent customer service. And on time. Great place to use for your awning needs I broke my mother in laws awning by backing a Uhall truck into it. They got it replaced and better than the original.

Jack was excellent to work with and the roof looks great. Once the job was done all trash was removed leaving the front yard with little evidence of the roof installation. The work was also done without my wife or myself having to take any time off from work. I have no complaints about the installation or the roof and would use Caparro Awnings in the future and recommend them to anyone needing their products and services. <br />

Jack came to our home to give us an estimate for the awning. He was pleasant, professional and very patient explaining everything twice as my husband came home halfway through the appointment. I have to say what I apprecaited the most was that he did not try to pressure us in anyway, just gave us everything we needed to make a decision and told us to contact him if we decided to make the purchase. When the awning was ready for installation we were out of town for the day. Came home to a beatiful awning perfectly installed and no installation debris left behind. Jack sent photos of the completed project to my phone - what a nice touch! <br /> I would highly recommend Caparro Awnings! <br />

They are good people to deal with.  They did a beautiful job.  He offered recommendations which were really good.  They showed up when they said they were going to be at our house. 

Mr Caparro arrived with numerous samples of awnings for me to choose from. he was able to answer any questions about each one I considered. I was pleased that he took my order for the new skirt without trying to sell me a whole new awning. He wiped down the whole frame When he installed the skirt He was most friendly and Pleasant to work with I will call on him when it is time to replace the rest of the awning. My review for punctuality was only good because we had to work around all the rain. <br />

Outstanding experience overall. Jack promptly returned my call and came over for an estimate the very same day, and even came back a second time the following week to go over the options and show the fabric samples to my wife before we made our final decision. The installation was well done and performed in an efficient manner and we couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Jack returned to our house a final time a few days following the installation since I was at work on the day of install to go over the operation of the awning as well as some basic maintenance tips and to make sure there were no further questions. <br />

On time, quick, all work was first class.  The awning retracts and as it winds, each winding lays perfectly over the previous winding - no scquing. <br />

Met with Jack Caparro to discuss various options.  Once we had decided which awning we wanted Jack took all measurements and advised us what needed to be done to install properly.  He was very helpful with advice regarding the location of our dryer <br /> vent and how this could impact the installation.  He was also helpful with the fabric selection. <br /> Jack called to advise us of the installation date.  However, we had to put off the install due to tree removal.  Jack was most willing to work with us on the change of date. <br /> The install was quick and professional.  <br /> A take down and re-install service is also offered, and we have decided to use this service. <br /> Bottom line - he did what he said he was going to do,  and he did it when he said he was going to do it!   <br /> Something that is becoming rare. <br />

I had 6 awning companies respond to my request for an estimate.   Jack Caparro distinguished himself right from the beginning with his customer service.  He then demonstrated his customer service by continuously communicating with us during the process of measuring and installation.  We have continued with his service even after the installation as he takes down and re-installs our deck canopy at the end and beginning of each season.   Jack thought outside the box for our install and we are very pleased with our final product and so are our guests.

Everything went well. Their price was good, they arrived on time, and they did good work.
