Cape and Islands Pool and Spa

The crew at Cape and Island Pool and Spa, Dawn, Joe and Stephen, are terrific to work with. I have a fussy old pool and they manage to keep it sparkling all summer long. They are professional, courteous, responsive, hard working and eager to please. Most of all, they are always good humored, even on the hottest and muggiest days. Couldn’t get through a summer without them.

Cape and Islands Pool and Spa has maintained and serviced the hot tub/spa at my home for the 15 years that I have owned it. Staff reliably come every two weeks to check the spa and ensure that it is running smoothly in top condition. They immediately notify me of any potential issue or problem with operation of the spa, advise me of the required corrective action, then execute that action swiftly, competently and cost-effectively. As a result, I have had very few problems with the spa except when a lightning strike fried the circuit panel, and even then, the Cape and Islands people rapidly and successfully replaced it. I have complete trust and confidence in Cape and Islands to manage and, if necessary, repair my hot tub.

Joe is absolutely amazing. I have an old Coast spa and he located what are basically obsolete parts and my 18 year old spa now works better than factory fresh. Joe is the truly the “Spa Whisperer” Highly recommended. Doug B. Duxbury Ma.

As usual, this family based company managed its business and my pool/spa in an outstanding, professional and competent basis. When something goes wrong (as it can in a 20+ year old pool) and I had 18 family members coming that weekend--they just showed up and made sure things were perfect. Honest and caring.
