Ester, the people you send out for cleaning my house 2300 square feet last Wednesday did not do a good job. 2 people in my house work for 2 hour and 5 minutes. Did not clean the range Hood. 1 of the room did not clean at all. 1 bath room sink didn't clean. Did not clean any surface of table. I of the towel in the master bathroom never pick up/how did they clean the floor if they just let that dirty towel lay on the floor never move it. 1 of the cotton floor mats in the bathroom was twisted put in a corner, did not put it back it's place. You advertising for a deep cleansing $280 value for $140.I don't see any deep cleaning. Not even catch the standard of my biweekly house cleaning charge for 90 each time. I need a refund from you. Ellen Gong This is the text which I send it to the manager. Of cause , the manager said she will get back with me but afterwards she never contact me again.

Mrs. [Member Name Removed] you were suppose to notify our company immediately at least (1-3) business days after the work was completed and you failed to do so by waiting seven days after the work has been completed to report the problem to our company. Angie's List refused to give a refund because because of the time gap you waited to report the problem. We have no way of knowing there was even a problem, we will love to come out and re do your home free of charge and correct the problem. Our goal is to make sure that each client is very happy with our services and as you can see the review's from other customers has been an (A) rating this far. We have spoken to you previously and attempted to make make the correction at free of charge and all you requested is a refund from our company. Angie's List does not refund after (7 business days) when has already been completed, we truly apologize for the inconvenience this may has cause you if there is any chance that we can correct this problem we will be happy to do so. Please contact Cape Janitorial & Maid Services to schedule your free cleaning at free of charge to you. Once again we truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope that you will allow us to come out and correct the problem we hope to hear from you very soon."

Cape is very responsive to phone calls and their service is great. They do a good job of cleaning everything and it looks great when we get home. They have scratched the walls and had their hiccups in the past, however we have used them for 2 years and that is to be expected. In those events we have contacted Cape to let them know what happened and they have been responsive and apologetic. In one event a picture frame was knocked off the wall and they replaced it. I do recommend them for use.

Cape Janitorial & Maid Service has been a consistent part of our lives for over 20 years!! Cape Janitorial has been a trusted home cleaning service for my wife and I for over 20 years!! Any concerns, which I can count on one hand, have always been addressed immediately! I consider myself a demanding customer and each time I've been completely satisfied!! After a hectic day at work, it is awesome to come home to a clean house. Thank you Cape Janitorial!

I engaged Cape Janitorial about six months ago...hired them for a deep clean and recurring maid service thereafter. For the first three months, things were good. <br /> <br />However, for the last three visits, the work has deteriorated and is no longer acceptable. <br /> <br />Although I have had many discussions with the owner, the work has not only deteriorated more, but Esther has become uninvolved with any interest to correct the problem. When I offered her to come see the substandard work, she offered to send the maids to understand.....As I told Esther, they know! I am not in the business of coaching other people's workers--that's the owner's job. <br /> <br />The last straw-The maids failed to: <br /> <br />Dust furniture in the family room (repeat complaint) <br />Clean ashtrays (repeat complaint) <br />Clean window sill in kitchenette (repeat complaint) <br />Dusting office <br />Complete cleaning of the inside of the refrigerator (although I paid her $10 extra for that service) <br />Place bed skirt on bed in master bedroom (but the maids took the time to take it off the dresser, fold it up and out it on the desk chair) <br />Tuck in the top sheet on the the bed in the master bedroom <br /> <br />I am sure there is more, but it is too frustrating to continue to look. <br /> <br />Esther tried to tell me - AGAIN- things can be missed.....really!!! So many and so often???? <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

It went very well. My house smells so clean and fresh when I walk in the door from work and it is so nice to be able to come home to a clean, neat house. The girls do whatever is needed, including taking out any trash that needs to be taken to the trash dumpster. I live in an apartment and it is quite a walk to take it out. I have a bad back and they are so very helpful when I need it. I have used their service for over a year on an every other weekly basis, and really look forward to them coming. I am moving and wanted to make sure the company would still service me at my new address, which they will, and I could not be happier.

They clean and organize anything loose. They are very honest also, and they found one of my lost earrings I had been missing. It has been a pleasure to have them clean my house. I highly recommend them to clean your house also.

We first made contact with Cape Janitorial Service a couple of years ago to do a thorough (Spring) cleaning of our house. She did such a fabulous job, I insisted to my wife that we have her come periodically to clean. Having married Miss Frugal, it took some time for her to agree. I am more than pleased to report that Esther's crew is now coming in every other week! <br /> <br /> I would highly recommend them!! <br /> <br />

Not very well. I have used Esther for several months and the staff was constantly changing, and the service has gone down tremendously in the past 2-3 months. On occasion I have left tips for the ladies that do the cleaning and this last time I came home from work early and there was one lady here that had been dropped off by the owner and left to do the cleaning. I asked her if she found her tip and she said no. I told her I left it on the bar with the check for the cleaning. I asked her if Esther had been there and she said yes, that Esther had come in and showed her what to do and then she left. I tried to call Esther to find out why she did not leave the tip for the lady that did the cleaning, but she has not called me back. I feel that this was very dis-honest on her part as the owner of the company and I will not use her service again. I do not like it that she would cheat her help out of $10. She or one of her cleaning ladies broke a new Oreck vacumn cleaner of mine and have not offered to have it fixed or replaced. It is less than 4 months old and I only used it 1 time. I purchased it because she complained that the Kirby I have is too heavy. Her price was reasonable for the amount of work that was done. <br />

I fired her. There is nothing good about their service. They could have listened to me better. Their quality was a lot sub-par. They were on time - on time to take my money for nothing. Their pricing was good. They ruined some of my furniture.

When they first starting cleaning my house it seem to be good for 1 or 2 times, but after that they starting slacking off. I have given this company plenty of chances. This last time was the last straw! The owner of the business & her team only spent one hour on my home. I have an alarm system on my home so I know when they enter and leave my home. I decided to check and see how long it took them to clean, because when I got home in every room of my house had different areas and furniture that were not washed or polish, but yet they took my check. They were only at my home for 1 hour so I know it was not scrubbed or polished properly. I addressed this with the owner and she got mad that I checked on them and denied, then proceeded to argue once again that things were scrubbed and polished like I expect them to do it, which is a big fat lie. I noticed that for the past three months things have not been cleaned in different areas of my home, every time I would call the owner she would argue with me stating that in fact she was the one that cleaned all areas missed! Every time I call her about any issues she just tends to argue way too much with me and I'm supposed to be the customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
