I feel I need to warn others of what we are going through. CPCS was hired to fix a hole in our pool wall, replace the waterline tiles and repaint the pool. The hole after being patched still leaked and part of the patch has already crumble off. The waterline tiles, grout, and mortar used was not rated for pools. It was stated on the product that it was ?for ?interior use only? ((Omnigrip Tile Adhesive, Simplest Thinset Mortar (unsure the grout used)). Immediately we had issues with tiles falling off and gray staining in the pool from the mortar deterioration once the pool was filled. When we requested that these issues be addressed: CPCS/Erlon said they would come backing and fix when the answer was unacceptable and they know they had not done a professional job they returned our deposit. Leaving us to scramble in late June to try to salvage any use of our pool for the summer season.
