Capital Appliance called me right after I applied at Angi for help to repair my GE washer that was squealing whenever water ran in it. Capital Appliance service technician Clint was quick to evaluate the problem and ordered the part. The part arrived the next day and Clint came by and installed it that same day. I’m pleased with the service and I would call them again for any other appliance issues.

I was quoted a price, with a military discount, over the phone; when Greg came and finished the work, without any new parts, he gave me a much higher amount! I said the amount I was quoted, but he said "some excuse" and I paid the amount. I was satisfied with the work, but not the final price.

Greg came and took a look at our refrigerator and was able to stop the loud noise the condenser was making that same day and returned the following day with a new part to repair our water dispenser. I appreciate that they contacted me quickly and were able to get someone out the next morning to set up my new dryer. The house is old and the store I bought from wouldn't do the hook up and James was able to connect things up for me as well as point out a major issue that had probably led to my previous dryer dying that I will be getting addressed soon.
