I later found out they install garage doors. CD Doors claim they have a lot of different companies under one name. Sent a guy Jimmy to do my patio. His partner came, gave a good price, promise things that could never happen, took payment, left his equipment on my property until I asked to have it remove, did not follow up with the final walk through as promise, even though I called to say there were problems with the concrete. This is not a business like.

Responded quickly. Assessed the problem and brought the right panels needed. Had a small problem with phone tag for a few days but that was quickly resolved and the project was completed very much to our satisfaction.

Door got stuck. Submitted my problem through Service Magic internet. Got a call from Capital in about 2 minutes. They sent a guy out and it was fixed about 2 hours after I called. And I live about an hour from downtown. I will use them again. I am very pleased with their service. The price was very reasonable too even though this was an emergency (my vehicle was trapped inside the garage.)

They came 3 hours late. I hired them to put up a new door and opener(new tracks). I came to see if they was finished and the man informed that he could not put the opener on because the new door was bigger than the old. Upon further investigation after they left I disocverd that they only replace half the track. The reason why they could not put the opener on because they did not replace the tracks . They used the old tracks (all though they charged me for new ones). They needed to do was drop the tracks down a coupe of notches . He realized this after the door was up and did not want to do it over so he told a lie and said I NEED A SPECIAL OPE

They respond it very quickly and gave me a time that they could be out which they were a hour late I called and he said that the guy was on his way out the provider was a very nice guy to work with and the price that he charge me was kind of high for what he had done I was disappointed in the price.

Brian couldn't come so he sent Carlyle - who did a very good job. I just wish Brian had called me earlier. He was supposed to come at 10am and called at 10 to say someone would be here at 12:00. Other than that - great job!

Brian and his wife were great. I had several problems with the garage door and Brian fixed them all at a very fair price. Brian called me within less than 5 minutes of my posting on Servicemagic. Before the job he explained what was wrong and everything he needed to do to resove it. He then quoted a price that I expected to be much more. Brian then went about his business and was finished in no time. He was very professional. I recommend him and would use him again. I am a customer service manager for a Fortune 15 company so I am usually very critical of customer service and typically do not give this high of praise to a service pro.

Capital doors was never on time. The tech rescheduled are meeting time every day, therefore, they never finished the job. The tech also brought his wife and small kids to the job site which created a hugh liability for me, the inverstor.
