Very professionally done, good workmanship

Ron Bunton, the owner handled the job on a professional basis.  He tried to cover every detail necessary to complete the job. He frequently consulted with my wife and I over how we wanted certain tasks handled. It is important that the customer know what they want.  Don't expect Capstone to due design work although their suggestions can be very helpful. The job was challenging and sometimes I the customer wasn't prepared with some of the material that I needed to decided on and purchased. When dealing with Capstone, I think it is important to write down and adhere to a schedule of choosing and purchasing those materials that the customer is responsible for.  In our case all fixtures, tile, wood flooring, windows and some doors were to be customer provided. Lack of having them when needed can lead to delays. That being said there weren't very many delays in the doing of this job. <br /> <br /> Overall Capstone did an excellent job and a year later we are very happy with the result

General Contractor and workers are trust worthy and very neat.  Daily tarps were laid and all traces were cleaned up at the end of the shift.  No extra costs.  Work was completed within the estimated timeline.  <br /> I have done three major jobs with this contractor and have been very satisfied.  Capstone renovated a sun room and two bathrooms on previous projects and I will continue to use them for all home updates.  <br /> In addition, they handled a home inspection for my daughter when she recently bought a new home.  Arrived promptly, did a thorough inspection//Charge $275.
