I called and spoke with the owner, Stephen Huff. I told him my irrigation pump had stopped working. Stephen prioritized my call and was out the next day with a new pump. He diagnosed the problem before the repair, to see if there was a simpler solution, but determined the new pump was necessary. He was very friendly and informative, while working quickly and efficiently. Best experience I have ever had with an irrigation company! 5 stars!

I love a company that is "can do" They came when I was available, they were on time. Did a great job installing additional irrigation at my home, did it promptly and at a very reasonable price. Plus Steve is a real friendly down to earth guy. Also, my previous company would come figure out the job, bid on it in email in the next few days and then fix it in the next few weeks. He showed up at the house got the work done and left inside of three hours. He had everything on the truck.....plus he could have told me he had to replace some major parts but he didn't, he cleaned them up and got them working at a much lesser price. Good people, good company....Give them a call!!

I was having problems with the sprinkler heads in the left front part of my yard. One head was not working, and one head I had messed up trying to install another type of head. Also, several parts of the front yard were not getting enough water. Steve came out and did a great job fixing things. He made recommendations on how to get more water to those parts, by going with a different MP Rotor head. He installed the new MP Rotor heads, fixing what I had messed up. Works great now and the front yard is getting plenty of water. I would definitely go with Steve again for any issues with my irrigation system.

Steve and his crew did an AMAZING job fixing my irrigation valve/clock wiring! I had a previous contacted another local Company who sent someone who was here for more than two hours and fixed Nothing! Actually made it worse! But Steve and his crew came in and within an hour and 10 mins had this mess of a wiring set up, straightened out and running perfectly! They were amazing to work with and hire them again without hesitation! It’s so difficult to find someone who is genuine and honest and they checked all the boxes! Just a fantastic experience and I’m beyond thankful!!

Steve responded quickly and was able to fix the issue. He also came back on our water day to ensure system was working properly. We really appreciate the level of care and professionalism.

We have a house with an abandoned and highly questionable irrigation system that's 10+ years old. Rather than immediately recommending a brand new system, Steve naturally took his time to investigate what's there and what can be savaged/reused. - He and his team are professional, kind, and great to work with. - He's easy to reach + always responds promptly. - They helped us with little things outside of scope of work: like a quick repair to our fence/ taking down outgrown weeds without even being asked. - Steve is patient and provides expert advice because he truly cares and want to see you save money- not because he's trying to sell you a service. - They take great pride in their work: They would move sprinkler heads after just installing it to customer satisfaction and follow up properly if there's ever a problem. - His service is a great value. Steve cares for your project (and wallet) as if it's his own and since we expressed our interest in diy projects, he gave us suggestions on small projects that we could take on in the future to save money. With 30+ years of experience he gets the job done right and we're continuing our lawn fertilizer and pest control because we just like seeing him around.

Absolutely the best! Stephen was out the same day I called and was very helpful since we found additional problems with our sprinkler system. He went above and beyond for us since initially we discussed a few minor issues that might have only taken an hour or two. He stayed at least 4 hours and I was expecting a bill to reflect such. I was shocked at how fair his pricing was and will definitely hire and recommend him in the future. He is a very nice and respectful man as well. Extremely satisfied!?

I was looking for a knowledgeable landscape specialist to help me install my sprinkler system and lay down the sod. When I talked to Steve from cardinal points he was just what I was looking for. He promptly came out and gave me a free estimate. They did a beautiful job and I couldn't be happier. I have them maintain my lawn and trim our bushes every week and we just talked to him about doing a walkway of pavers for us. Our lawn looks BEAUTIFUL! Thanks Steve

When I asked why my yard had holes with no sod, (see photos of 3 different areas), his reply was he used all the sod he spec'd. So apparently did not spec the correct amount. His suggestion was i go buy some at Lowe's and do it myself. This fact that I had to bring this to his attention, to me is an ethics issue. I'd gladly have paid a few more bucks to have him finish it, but he did not offer this. (!) The irrigation system sprung a huge leak. It created a sink hole and cost me $$$ in water. Hr repaired the leak, and filled the hole. My irrigation system had a zone not working after he worked on it. He tried to charge an additional $75 to fix it. He blamed everything in sight except his lack of skill. Fortunately for me and my $75, he wasn't able to get it right. The system has stopped working completely!! Now he says the timer is bad. If the timer is bad, he blew it up. It's less than 6 months old, I installed it myself, and it worked great until he touched my system. The sod is top quality, but the grading underneath is so poor I fully expect to twist an ankle mowing the lawn someday. The driveway turned out great, as he promised. But after researching the material he used, and seeing the labor involved, I feel overcharged buy a couple of hundred bucks. Really, there were failures of skill here, and a lack of acceptance of responsibility to the point of trying to get away with shoddy work. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere!

Excellent. The best $473.00 I have spent in along time. Steve and a helper showed up to WORK and did a helluva a job. I asked him to put me on his list for an annual check-up. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, personable and very reasonably priced.

Cardinal point landscaping has been doing our yard for several years now. They are extremely professional and they do a great job. They have a great understanding of irrigation. Their lawn care service is also very very good.

Steve is wonderful. I would recommend him to everyone. He is very professional and keeps me well informed of any problems he sees.
