Carmen and her Team did a great job with the move out cleaning in our 3 bdrm apartment. Will definitely look to hire them for regular cleaning jobs going forward.

Thorough and professional

I spoke with Carmen multiple times about my need for a deep house cleaning service. She quoted a price, told me that she would send three people to do the job. I scheduled the appointment, got cash to pay her, took the day off from work, paid for junk removal to come the day before the cleaning so rooms would be as clear as possible for the cleaners to work efficiently. At the scheduled appointment, I had to call Carmen to ask if the cleaners were on their way because it was already past the 2-hour window. The three women were at the wrong address! I told Carmen how to redirect them. When they arrived, I discovered that none of them could speak or understand even one word of English! Everything I tried to tell them they had to call Carmen so I could tell her and then she translate for them. How irresponsible of her to send cleaners with whom the homeowner could not communicate! Carmen told them to leave. I wasted a day of leave and my house still wasn?t cleaned. They are the worst!

Excellent, thorough and deep cleaning! My home had not been cleaned in months--and we have pets and teenagers. Carmen's crew arrived on time, worked harder than any other cleaning crew, vacuumed all over, washed all dishes and left our home shining. I will definitely call them again!

Carmen and the team at Care-More have been cleaning my house for almost 20 years. They are extremely thorough, professional, caring, and trustworthy. After they have cleaned my home, everything literally sparkles. This company used to do a good job cleaning. Then recently they started forgetting appointments and I had to call them to come clean. Also, one time they showed up without an appointment which was not good. I need to prepare my apartment for cleaning. Then today she dropped me as a client without any explanation. The owner's understanding of English is also not good either resulting in miscommunication at times. Do not hire this company. Much better ones out there.
