I hired Carlo Mechanical to upgrade my Main Electrical Panel after they were referred by my Home Warranty Company, Cinch. Needless to say it was the worst decision Iâ ve ever made. I wish I could give 0 Stars. The technician came with someone who we thought was another employee only to discover they were not. They advised us it would take 1 day but we figured 1-3 days was fine. It took over a week. We were without electricity for hours and overnight that we had to buy a generator. We had a freezer full of food that went bad. The technician would show up late and leave due to personal reasons. The person we thought was employed with the company that came with the Senior tech stole from us. They damaged our property. We have pictures and security footage to prove it all. We spoke to the CEO, Derrick who stated that he would provide resolution and he even came to check the work. There was more they needed to do. He said he would call same day to schedule everything but never followed through. We have yet to hear from them. We called our Home Warranty Company who referred them to file a complaint. We will also be filing a complaint with BBB and share on social media because we donâ t want anyone else to experience this.

Technician showed up and snaked the drain for five minutes said it was working and then left. when we contacted them again to say that the sink was not working and was still blocked. They refused to come back to service the issue and told us to contact our home warranty again, we spoke with him warranty and they let us know that this company is not admitting fault for their poor .
