Excellent work, Mr Perry build our beautiful custom home on time and within our budget.. We are completely satisfied with the building experience and the results. If ever build again would definitely use Carl Perry Construction .

Carl and this team did a great job in completing an addition to the house. Great build quality, efficient sub contractor management, attention to detail and doing what is right and no short cuts. Carl is flexible on changes to the project to keep it on schedule.

We contracted Carl Perry to handle all phases of building our new home in Knoxville. After reviewing several plans, we chose on for the lot we had selected. During construction, we were living out of state and relied on Carl and his project manager to handle all aspects of the bulld. We made several changes to the plans and those changes were quickly budgeted and adopted. We selected all interior and exterior finishes, layed out electrical outlet placements, eithernet and data connection, driveway color and stamping, all with the assistance of Carl and his project manager. Any issues that arose were communicated timely and educated/thoughtful decisions made as we moved forward. Carl's experience and our trust, made a very involved project as easy as possible.
As we wrapped up the project, on time and on budget, the warranty period was very brought very minimal issues to Carl.
You may notice that I call Carl by first name, as we have become, through the project, good friends.

Working with Perry Construction was a refreshing experience. They were always extremely punctual. In most projects you find yourself waiting on the contractor and their subcontractors, but with Perry it was the opposite—they were so prepared and ready to go that it felt like they were waiting on me to make decisions. It was a great feeling to be pushed by the contractor rather than having to pull them along.

I hired Mr. Perry to remodel our older home. I had seen some of the custom homes he has built and wanted his craftsmanship and expertise for my home . Mr Perry and his crew are knowledgeable,experienced and trustworthy. Carl cares about his clients satisfaction and goes above and beyond to make sure their expectations are met. I would hire him again.

Built the home way to fast, in under Sixty days. He has a One Year Warranty, but we have lived here for 19 Month's and are still waiting for him to finish repairs. He is hard to get in touch with, and does not check back to see if we are getting the work finished.

"The person who wrote the negative review does not own a Carl Perry Home. He was married to the woman who paid for the home and had it build in 2010. She managed to have him removed from the home when she divorced him last year. The actual home owner has apologized to Carl Perry and Terri Mason for the untruth and attempt to slander their business her ex husband [member name removed], has attempted to do. Angie and her Mother now live in the home and do nothing but praise Carl Perry for their Beautiful Craftsman Cottage Style Quality built Home.
