For 50 years Carolina Bomanite Corporation has been installing residential and commercial hardscape projects throughout the Carolina's. We're the regions largest and oldest architectural concrete contractor with in house design and fully trained employee crews - not subcontractors. Our Charlotte Design Showroom located just 1/2 mile off of I-85 at the Sam Wilson Rd. exit has the areas largest outdoor display of decorative concrete. And don't forget to try out our challenging putting green! Our staff will assist you from idea to construction with your next paver, or concrete patio or outdoor living area project. If needed, our in-house design architect can assist with master plans or project specific plans. If required, we're also a licensed General Contractor with North Carolina licensing. "WE WANTED TO REFLECT THE FACTS REGARDING THIS REPORT. YES, THE WORK COST MORE THAN ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED, HOWEVER THE OWNER DID AGREE AND SIGN TO THE REVISED ESTIMATE ONCE WE FULLY UNDERSTOOD THE SCOPE OF SERVICE. WE DO APPRECIATE THE COURTESY COMMENT REGARDING OUR EMPLOYEES, IT IS OUR INTENTION TO PROVIDE QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE WERE NO SURPRISES ON THIS PROJECT BECAUSE OF OUR EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH DIFFICULT INSTALLATIONS. WHAT IS NOT DISCUSSED IS THE CONDITION OF THE PROJECT FROM THE CONTRACTOR HIRED TO COMPLETE THE RENOVATION. THE BASE WORK WAS POORLY INSTALLED (UNLEVEL), AND LACKED ANY PLANS OR DRAWINGS REFLECTING THE SPECIFICS WE NEEDED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE ACCURATE ESTIMATES. ONCE WE BECAME AWARE OF THIS, WE DID REVISE OUR ESTIMATE TO REFLECT THE TRUE INSTALLATION COST, THE CUSTOMER AGREED TO THIS, AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED TO THERE SATISFACTION WITHOUT ANY SURPRISES. THIS REFLECTS THE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS INTENT OF OUR COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES. THE OVERALL GRADE OF "F" IS UNFAIR, AND BELITTLING TO OUR MANAGEMENT AND FIELD PROFESSIONALS THAT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THIS PROJECT A SUCCESS FOR THE OWNERS."
