Tommy, Justin, and Dre did a fantastic job! We had a new condenser, evaporator coil installed, replaced and upsized some of the duct runs which were incorrectly done by another contractor. Tommy, Justin, and Dre were Courteous, professional. They worked very neatly and cleaned before they left. I would definitely recommend Carolina Comfort Air for any of my future air-conditioning needs!

The original design plan faced challenges due to structural constraints, and the obvious solution was not aesthetically pleasing. However, Moises, Jose and their manager, Tomas demonstrated their creativity by devising a new design and taking the extra step to enhance its visual appeal. Carolina Comfort Air gave me exemplary service. They installed a new 2-stage Trane HVAC system with thermostat, upgraded ducts, plenums, and whole-house air filter. They also corrected my previous system’s poorly run furnace exhaust vent, and a badly installed dryer vent line and roof vent. Brooks originally estimated the job, recommending a couple of systems for my decision; his assessment was insightful and superior to those given by several other contractors I’d interviewed. Good equipment is only half the purchase; equally important is the excellence of installation. Jesse and Garcia were exceptionally professional in that work. Other contractors basically wanted to sell me hardware; Carolina Comfort gave me a solution tailored for my situation. I recommend them without reservation.

Tommy and Justin got to our place promptly at the appointed time, were courteous and helpful. They showed me a spot where the last installers had cut my joist and gave me time to fix it. It didn’t slow them down at all as they were gone several hours ahead of schedule
