Service: The WORST company I have ever worked with. We have a new build and our AC has messed up twice in less than 2 years. The first time it went out, they sent out 3 different techs before the last one fixed it and told us it messed up because it wasn't installed correctly to begin with. 2 weeks with our house at 80 degrees before they finally got it right. The second time, we called 4 times, spoke to the same person, and received a different answer each time. She told us we were on schedule for first thing in the morning, yet when I called to ask when the tech would be here she had no idea what I was talking about. The tech was great but told us we would have to wait another 3-5 days for the part. It's been 85 degrees in our house for 4 days. They are trying to charge us, but when we ask about the warranty they backtrack and say we're covered, yet when we talk to the manager and he wants to charge us $2800 for labor because they don?t stand by their work after a year?his words.

System was installed and checked out properly. Went over the remote stat as well as the Bluetooth system for me to tie my phone in. System looks great and feels like it is cooling extremely well at this time.

Ductless Mini-split A/C - Install or Replace
From my consultant, Terry H, to installers Moises A & Jose L, and the office support staff, everyone did an awesome job. Terry reviewed our needs and recommended a high quality Mitsubishi mini split heat pump to condition a garage/workshop, that effortlessly cools what used to be a super hot garage. Looking forward to experiencing how well it heats this winter. Moises and Jose were top notch installers who did an extremely professional and ultra neat job getting everything installed and working great. The office staff was also on top of scheduling the install, walkthrough, and final inspections. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Carolina Comfort Air.

Honestly the best people I’ve worked with. Friendly, super professional and was so respectful of my home. I was a bit embarrassed because I needed to clean but even then, they did everything they could to not dirty anything up. If I’m completely truthful, they left things better than they found it. Tommy, Justin, and Dre did a fantastic job! We had a new condenser, evaporator coil installed, replaced and upsized some of the duct runs which were incorrectly done by another contractor. Tommy, Justin, and Dre were Courteous, professional. They worked very neatly and cleaned before they left. I would definitely recommend Carolina Comfort Air for any of my future air-conditioning needs!
