Alex performed the work and did an A+ job. All requests were done and the end result was a 19 year old deck looks well restored.

We are incredibly happy with Carolina Complete Services and the work that they did for us. Jon responded to our quote request within 24 hours and was very professional and approachable. Within days, Alex - his drywall/painter- was at our house looking over the project and giving us a precise quote, and our project was scheduled promptly. Alex was great- knowledgeable, meticulous, and diligent, and Jon kept in close contact throughout to ensure the project went smoothly. The end result exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use Carolina Complete Services again in the near future.

They did an excellent job! They worked quickly and were professional. The exterior painting was superb. They also repaired our kitchen ceiling that had been damaged during a leak. The ceiling looks brand new and the painting is perfect.

These folks are pros. Alex, the painter, visited our house before the job to estimate the effort and it was clear that he knew what he was doing. We scheduled the work to be complete within one week, which was an aggressive timeline. I was a bit nervous since the prep took much of the early part of the week, however Alex assured me all was well. A crew arrived to help him and the job was completed and the house put back together by 1PM on Friday, ahead of schedule and there was no rushing. I will hire CCS again in the Fall for some outside painting. Highly recommend.

Overall we were extremely pleased with the project. There were a few bumps in the road but they were always willing to do what they could to work with us. I love the way our bathroom looks and the price was very reasonable. I had complete trust in them and felt very comfortable leaving a key on days I couldn’t be there to let them in. I would not hesitate to use Carolina Complete Services again and would highly recommend them.

This is not the first time I have used Carolina Complete Services nor will it be the last. Jon and crew always do a great job and are always professional and courteous. I will always use CCS for all my construction needs and never hesitate to recommend them to others. you will not regret choosing CCS.

All went well, a very professional organization.

We've hired them twice and both time the work performed exceeded our expectations. Very professional, clean, efficient, going above and beyond doing extra small steps to ensure finished project was better then we could have hoped or received from other painters. We're now having them back to remodel out Master Bath.

Jon and his team were really great to work with. After getting 7 other bids for the job (all way over budget and none who felt like they actually cared about doing a good job), Jon came in on our budget and we felt really good about the quality of work we would be getting since he was so helpful in getting started. They started work while we were out of town and finished in 5 days. We returned home to a beautiful home and they did really excellent work all around. They had to contend with some of our brand new furniture that was delivered before they started and all of our stuff was kept in perfect condition and they did a great job of protecting it. Everyone who comes to the house oohs and ahhs over the paint and we feel so good about the work that was done in our home and the care they took with our space. We are so happy we chose Carolina Complete Services and will be using them again when we decide to paint the exterior.

Excellent experience.  Professional, courteous, detail oriented.  This is a very difficult paint job to achieve the "white wash" look.  It was done perfectly!

I worked with Jon Mowery and he was a pleasure to work with.  They were always there when he told me they would be there and I never had to wait on them.  They worked with my schedule.  I always new what to expect.  I highly recommend them and will use them in the future as other projects come up.

Before connecting Carolina Complete Services, I got two estimates for the remodel that were so wildly different that I was certain they were not bidding the same work. Since this involved cutting a hole in my house, I decided to give Jon Mowery another call.  <br> <br>I am so glad that I did!. From the estimate to the final clean up, Jon and his team were professional and easy to work with. After the initial discussion about the work, Jon and I emailed and talked several times to ensure that he was estimated and ordered the right doors for the job. The estimate was higher than the first two I received but I was absolutely certain that Jon understood the requirements and the custom order for the French door.  <br> <br>On the first day, the construction crew showed up ready to work and were able to make adjustments to their work when surprises arose like an electrical wire that need to be rerouted around the new door. When it was impossible to match the original siding, the crew made and painted external header for the new door. They also identified a problem with the new back door glass colliding with the counter and made a special trip to buy and then install a heavy duty door stop. I am very pleased with the work and at least 3 of my neighbors have asked me for Jon's card. 

Very efficient from beginning to end.  Responded quickly to my request for service, happy to take the Angie's List coupon and was quick to put together a quote which was emailed to me so it was clear what the job would entail.  Painting crew very friendly and confirmed with me before they started what they were going to do.  Very clean painting job - expected some drips but none! <br />

The entire process went very smoothly during the initial visit to determine what the project entailed to the actual painting. Contractor was punctual, curtious and very easy to work with for the entire project. <br />

<p>Jon Mowry responded to my email query within an hour and told me to call him whenever I had time.  He was extremely responsive, answered the phone, and responded to all communication very quickly and with accurate information.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>We explained what we needed (metal staircase removed and straight staircase added, along with wiring 2 new flood lights).  He worked with us to come over and give us an estimate on our time.  Since I travel for work I did not have a lot of free time to be there for an estimate.  Jon scheduled this with us at a timeframe that worked well.  Jon was prompt for the estimate.  He emailed us the estimate within 1 business day.  </p> <p>Since we wanted the new staircase to match another staircase we already had, the supplies had to be custom ordered.  Jon kept us up to date with estimated delivery times.  Once the order came in Jon brought in crews to begin work within the same week.  </p> <p>The electrician Jon brought in was prompt, wired the flood lights and cleaned up any mess that was made.</p> <p>Jon brought in Henry and Tim to build our new staircase.  Both Henry and Tim were extremely professional and accomplished in their trade and made the stairs look very similar to stairs already in the house.  They were excellent at solving multiple problems that came up based on the location and structure of the house.  We had to deal with a very narrow space and figuring out how to have the handrail work within code and still look similar to other rails in the house.  They solved all the problems and did an excellent job.  </p> <p>Jon stayed in contact with us through the entire process and helped resolve any small problems that came up promptly.</p> <p>I would work with Jon again as he was professional, prompt, and easy to work with.<br /> <br /></p> <br />

I recently had two new floor to ceiling bookshelves built for a room that I'm renovating.  The carpenter suggested that I have the shelves sprayed in lieu of brush painted, so I got pricing from three contractors on Angie's List.  Jon at CCC came to the house and emailed a very reasonable quote the next day.  The painter showed up on the agreed upon day and did an excellent job.  His crew taped the entire room before they started and cleaned everything up after they were done.  The bookshelves look great ... I will definitely be using CCC in the future.
