The repair seemed to go well and my only concern involved the flat roof over the carport. The material mike chose did not lay flat. He kept telling me that with the sun on it it would and I would have no problems. However he was wrong and now it is leaking into my kitchen along the junction between the flat roof and the gable roof. I have called several times over the last two weeks and no one has called me back. I only get a woman’s voice on a recording saying “this is the corporate office and your call will be returned as soon as possible” Corporate Office...really?!!!

The presentation for applying for the job was professional and I was shown samples of the materials they would use. The estimate came in at the lowest of those I had gotten and was the most professional and thorough. The team showed up when they said they would, did the work quickly and the clean up was perfect. I needed a new roof and Carolina Exteriors was one of three estimates I got.     Mike actually got up on the roof to work up his estimate.  He brought something to my attention that the other two contractors had not even mentioned, that part  of the existing roof had never been finished!  They came in and replaced the roof on the timeline promised.  When I called because part of the yard had been torn up , it was no problem getting them to come in and fix it.  Mike explained all the options very well to me.  He  gets high marks from me for customer service and professionalism.  And most importantly the roof looks great!  <br />

Excellent work at a fair price. I would use this company again. I felt they were upfront and honest.. The weather held up the project for a week or two. It still got done in a timely manner and as promised. <br />

Mike, the owner, was very professional. He took the time to explain the various options and products available. He was very knowledgeable.  The crew was a great bunch that obviously knew what they were doing and what it took to do it right and safely.  The job took over a week, but the property was fully cleaned before they left every day.  The finished product is one of the best replacement roofs I've ever seen.  I'm very satisfied and will not hesitate to refer them to other homeowners.  <br /> Price wise, they were neither the most expensive nor the cheapest.  Right in the  middle of the pack, just where I think they best dollar value lies. <br />

I have a flat roof which presented some problems.  The issues were addressed and new roof put on. <br />

The crew worked for five days. Turns out the 85 year old house had lots of rotten wood. We have used this company to install 2 other roofs in the Black Mtn Area. They are not cheap, but do a great job. We like the way the new roof looks. The neighbors do too. <br />

Mike, the owner, was very responsive and professional. He took the time to explain the various options and products available. He was very knowledgable.  He was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company and was able to get an increase in the covered amount.  The roof had hail damage. Mike was very easy to communicate with and would always return calls if I didn't get him immediately on the phone.  I found his crew to be both experienced and courteous.  The quality of the work was excellent.

They are great. They are reliable, hardworking, got things done, cleaned up everything and good price. They are great in all categories.

The arrived on time, started work immediately and finished in 4 days.  This was accomplished with thunderstorms in the area, which twice stopped work.   The work went well: materials were on-site when needed, there were enough workers always available to finish on time, and care was taken to follow up the old roof removal quickly with application of the felt paper in case of rain.   Clean up was very good.   No shrubs or trees were damaged.  The roof looks great, and 1 1/2 months after the installation, and several heavy thunderstorms later, there have been no problems.

Work went well despite some unforeseen problems that arose with older roof.  Company owner was very honest and explained  problems and gave me options to correct.  He could have just put up his product and not told me so i really appreciated his honesty.

Very well, but the skylights were not installed as quickly as I would have liked, delaying other work on the master bathroom remodeling project. Yet the delay was not excessive and was not longer than estimated. We have had some big rainstorms with lots of wind since the installation was completed a few weeks ago and there have been no leaks, but one roof tile was not properly glued in afterwards with roof mastic, so I paid someone else to do that who happened to be working here on another project and who discovered the problem. Also installation of the shades was not completed at the same time as the skylights, requiring two parts that were not delivered with the shades.
