Quick, fast, clean and efficient. Alan and his crew have done work for us before and set up a quick appointment and texted to say they were running a little late. Once they arrived, the work was done quickly and very well. He ran a new electrical line for the TV in a bedroom and moved two others to new locations. Highly knowledgable and skilled. Even set up the new TV and made sure everything was working

It was great. They installed an EERO wifi system that provides strong wifi signals throughout the entire house.

Absolutely amazing service, competitive pricing and very easy to work with. They’re concerned about what’s best for the customer, not the biggest profit. Had a 75” TV with a Mantel Mount installed. Cable box moved to a nearby closet which required completely new rewiring. You can’t see a single cable after their work. Works perfectly, looks great, and they programmed the new universal remote. Incredibly satisfied and highly recommended.

TV was installed w/out hitch. The Harmony Remote controls both TV & TIVO proved to be more of a challenge. After a couple remote attempts, Alan stopped by, worked a little magic & TV/Harmony Remote are in sync. I am pleased w/work.

Very timely and attention to details. They didn’t not finish the job until the work was to our satisfaction. We will definitely be using them in the future.

These guys wanted to be earlier than the set time. Very impressive. All workers were knowledgeable and friendly. Work was impeccable. The area around the tv was left cleaner than when they got here. If you need to tv mounted, stop looking and call these guys.

Exactly as I expected. Everything was installed based on the complimentary design walk through. I would hire them again. Alan was very knowledgeable in helping me finalize the design and equipment required for my home theater setup and family room TV mounting etc.

Went well. The guys worked quickly and go the job done with minimal issues.

It was great. They had attention to detail. They cleaned up after themselves. They actually punched a hole in the wall and they went out of their way to fix it They came back additional times for additional tweaks. It is great. I would recommend them to anybody, they are really good. I would use them again. I have used them several more times.

The job went fantastic. It was done in a timely fashion and the price was very reasonable. The 5 tv's and the first home theater system were done all on the first day . All wires were hidden and absolutely no mess . Was very Impressed how quickly it was done . They took the time to explain how everything was going to be done . The second home theater system was in a theater room which needed to be redesigned. It Took 2 days . The carpentry work and painting went fantastic . I was also Was extremely satisfied with the Equipment Alan recommended . The end result was a fantastic sounding system. I would highly recommend this company.

AWESOME…. Carolina Custom Mounts These guys do great work. They aren’t the ‘cheapest,’ but Far from the most expensive. Before choosing Carolina Custom Mounts, if I had any questions or needed additional information, I would text Alan. He would answer by text . . . usually within minutes! When Alan was here to spec the job, there was also a cable TV tech here. He said, “I’ve seen their work, they do a great job.” I wanted to add Dolby ‘Atmos’ top speakers to a 14’ ceiling. Alan was the ONLY ‘professional’ who could do what we wanted. He visited us twice and like a ferret climbed through the crawlspace and into the attic to be sure they could do what I wanted. Alan was very considerate of my budget. I needed to also upgrade the AV/Receiver. Alan could not get what I wanted in time. So, he offered, for the same price, another brand, with upgraded features. I wanted Klipsch speakers. He found speakers made by Klipsch, but at a lower cost. We needed some additional Ethernet cables and jacks installed. He also pre-wired the attic for an OTA (over-the-air antenna) should we decide to get rid of cable. We have In-The-Wall: 1 center speaker, 2 back speakers and 2 In-The-Ceiling overhead Atmos speakers. Everything looks and sounds GREAT. We wanted the TV above the fireplace, and we wanted to use only the “Down-And-Out” mount by Dynamic Mounting . Alan mounted our current 47” TV. I asked him to try to compensate the mount install to handle a future new 55” to 65” TV. They did that and it works and looks great. We had 4 ‘professionals’ quote us. It was only Carolina Custom Mounts who could do it all and meet my budget. They scheduled everything just a few days out and completed the job in one day. The others quoting was a guy local to Belmont NC area. I had to call him 3 times over a period of a week just to get a quote. We have not seen his work, and were not confident he could do what we needed or get the Dynamic Mount. Another, don’t recall name, from further away was higher priced, did not convince me that he could put speakers in a 14’ ceiling. He also seemed kind of confused about the type of mount I wanted. Audio Advice, Pineville. They came the next day to review specs and offered a quote the following day. They were the most expensive. Their rep looked in the attic and told me speakers could not be placed in the ceiling. They didn’t carry some components that I wanted…so I would have to purchase those on my own. They were the most expensive (over 2 times Carolina Custom Mounts price) and had the longest lead-time. . . over 3 weeks. My wife and I are very pleased with Carolina Custom Mounts. They are professional, know what they are doing and work with you to meet your budget and schedule.
