The process was long had the bid in September and work was installed in December after frequent calls to ask about when it would be done. I felt I was put off because I am younger and not a high priced client. Roger Teeters, was very nice and great to work with, but after that the work went down hill. <br /> The Kitchen island is custom with white paint and a glaze. It was installed in December and then that following spring (2014) it began to get crack lines in a small section  near the bottom. I called and they came out and did a patch job. I was being easy going about the patch job even though it was not perfect. Now it is August 2014 and the cracking has come back even worse and is all over one side of the island. I just called today (August 1st)  and hope that this will be rectified soon. We had saved to have this done and we went by reputation when choosing Carolina Heritage Cabinetry. I hope that they will uphold that reputation and take care of these issues. <br />
