This A/C unit does not cool the restaurant in fact the old unit cooled better. For 2 weeks I have emailed and called Carolina HVAC to fix this problem and no response. Corey Ford told us if we set temp for 72 degrees it would read that and it does not. Yesterday's reading was 79 degrees at 2:06pm not cool enough for people to enjoy a meal. We have had to buy portable A/C unit and 2 large circulating fans to take some of the heat out.

Excellent. After several phone calls I found a provider that was available to repair and service the unit on a Sunday afternoon and right before a holiday. He kept me posted on his anticipated time of arrival. He quickly identified the problem and then serviced both units. He was professional and friendly. Highly recommended and I would definitely use this company again!

He was on time as promised. He came and cleaned and serviced my units for the upcoming Summer usage. Also, he gave me ways to keep the air conditioner breathing properly for better usage and offers to always be available for questions that may come up even it's not a monetary benefit to him. He doesn't live a mess and always cleans after himself.

Everything when very well, He arrived on time, explained the details of what he would be doing, throughly cleaned all outside and inside units, replaced capacitors, changed 2 filters, cleaned up throughly behind himself, made useful recommendations to care for units until next in fall heating service.

Corey serviced, checked and charged my units. He changed the filters and spoke to my wife in detail on the best use of the air and heat systems. He was punctual and very professional. My wife really appreciated him taking the time to go into more detail with her about the do's and don'ts of our system. Full 10 point inspection.

They are always on time. They do a great job. They are always knowledgeable. There is usually one technician here doing the check ups.
