Great group of guys did a great job with my repair

Was not going to even bother with a review for these guys but we recently ran into another water damage event and dealt with a different company. The difference was HUGE. We did not know how badly our experience with CPR was until we dealt with true professionals. We were recommended CPR by a family member in the biz. We had never made a home insurance claim before and were wary of all the horror stories we would heard. We thought for sure we got someone that would take care of us. What we got was a half of a year under construction and they always pointed the finger at our insurance. There was awful communication, they ordered incorrect amounts of materials, did not communicate changes which would have affected our overall repair request, the work they did complete was shoddy and is now peeling and coming apart and loose. On top of all that, they refused to produce a line item sheet and harassed us for funds not intended for them. update 12/28/2025--Do NOT hire these people. They will gobble up checks but will not complete work up to par, will not provide itemized invoices or punch lists, leave razor blades all around your house, blast music while you are working from home, be late or no show for appointments, will lie or withhold information about changes and communications with your insurance company and will harass you unless you have your lawyers in standby. We did not know how awful they were until we had work completed by a different company and we want to warn others about J. Bach and Nelson.

John Bach and his crews corrected all our bathroom problems and we now have a beautiful dry bathroom. They were helpful in every way and so respectful. Can’t say more than I would call them again anytime

Work was done efficiently and excellently. Would highly recommend this company. I was very impressed that any issue was taken care of by them, didn't have to find someone else. Pricing was reasonable, too.

I had multiple issues from shoddy work done when my house was built leading to a lot of damage in all 3 of my bathrooms. Jonathan and his crew not only helped me settle with the insurance company they did and absolutely amazing job of fixing and upgrading the bathrooms. I would highly recommend them for any upgrades. Remodels,or damage repair.

John was very communicative and his employees were efficient, respectful, and made sure to do the job right the first time. I would recommend them for another remodel or any type of water mitigation work.
