Service was professional and well done. Removed several spits from carpet with ease. They probably cleaned more than I paid for. Was very willing to exchange a "hallway" for a room.

<p>The entire experience overall was <strong>excellent</strong>. Courteous, professional, and thorough work was performed. Jim worked a good four hours on our carpets, explained everything and made our carpets look like new. The carpets looked so nice and so perfect we hated to even have to walk on them when all was done. Carolina Restoration & Carpet Cleaning are the ones to call when you want the job done right ! <p>The actual cleaning process went great. After making the purchase directly from Angie's list I had to email the provider a couple of times before I heard back from him. He arrived early for the appointment, worked quickly, did a very thorough job. I would use him again.</p> <br />

Carolina Carpet Restoration did a great job cleaning the carpet and were flexible on teh schedule even though I never got back with them to confirm the date. They made sure that the hose didn't get the hose dirty when they were cleaning on a very rainy day. They were flexible when we asked to do a few extra items. and the carpet smelled really good afterwards. <br />

Everything went well. Brian showed up early for the job and didn't mind waiting a few minutes for me to get ready. He cleaned both rooms rather quickly and was willing to do a very small (2x3) area rug, as well. This was the first time the carpet had been professionally cleaned in several years, so I needed to pay extra to remove some stains, as well. Brian helped me move a few small things out of the way (I was 9 months pregnant when he came to clean the carpets). After the carpets dried, they still looked great and almost all of the stains were gone. Based on this experience, I plan to use them again. <br />

They did a good job. I just had two rugs to clean, they got all the stains out and I was very pleased.
