Very responsive. Provided same-day estimate, scheduled for the following day, and arrived early. Got the job done and cleaned up quickly.

I would say it went great. 45 minutes after I called, someone showed up at my home and gave a quote. For the over all work, I couldn't have asked for a better crew that showed up. They had quite a job ahead of them. 2 huge pine trees in a fenced in back yard with houses on both sides. In two days the trees were down, yard cleaned up and no damage. So a big thank you, for the hard work and being so professional about everything. 10/10 perfect....

I hired Kenneth and his team to do tree trimming at my parents’ home. They trimmed two large oaks and did a beautiful job. Very courteous and professional. The cleanup was amazing. I would recommend them to family and friends and hire them again in the future.

It started well. The crew worked in the yard for a two full days and did a pretty good job; but they didn't finish the job. Kenny, the owner, said he had some scheduling problems and would be back to finish the job on May 6th. When the 6th came, he said he couldn't come that day because he had some jobs that took longer than expected and would be there Friday. Friday came and he once again said he wouldn't have time to come do the work that day. He asked if he could stop by and go over what still needed to be done. We had a productive meeting with him and signed an updated proposal. We weren't completely happy with the work that had been done earlier. A lot of the bushes hadn't been trimmed, two palm trees weren't trimmed, no work was done on the left side of house. However, there was some debris left behind that we had to clean up ourselves. The work was then guaranteed (again) to be completed on May 20th. When the 20th came, Kenny said the weather was too bad to do the work, so he'd come on the 26th. When the 26th came, he said once again that the weather wasn't good enough to do the work. On June 2nd, Kenny said he thought it would be best just to give us a refund. That was OK with us, but he only wanted to refund $1,025 when we had (foolishly) already paid $8,575 for the work. The $1,025 amounted to the $425 I had given him as a deposit to purchase some mulch and rock as well as a $600 refund for the work that hadn't been done to "our standards". (Apparently, our standards are higher than his.) So that means he intended to keep $7,550 of our money. He did have to purchase some extra pallets of mulch, three as I recall, that cost $955.50 total. The net total would then be $6,594.50. The original quote was $6,350.00. So Kenny wants to charge more than the original quote for the unfinished work. Since Kenny said the job would take a total of three days, I proposed a refund of $3,365, which was two-thirds (they worked two days) of the total amount paid less the cost of the additional mulch. Kenny rejected that proposal. At this point, he hasn't refunded any money and has stopped communicating with me. I think we're actually due a much larger refund considering all the postponements and other trouble we've had to go through. I have everything documented and am happy to share that with anyone interested. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service provider.
