Richard, the Sales Associate, came out to our home for the estimate exactly at the time he said he would be there. He also brought samples for us to look at while he was measuring the rooms. Richard was extremely pleasant and informative and we scheduled the work that same day. The installers, two gentlemen whose names I unfortunately don't remember, called to let me know they were on their way and they also arrived at the time promised. Those two men worked extremely hard and fast and did an excellent job! They even pointed out to me some changes they wanted to make that made the carpet look so much better where it would meet at tile the floors in kitchen and entry ways. On a side note, Carpet Barn had also installed our tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms several years back so we knew we were in good hands.

The man who came out to give me an estimate didn't tell the workers the extent of the work they would have to do once they arrived. The workers were excellent and did a beautiful job. They were punctual, polite & professional. I was very pleased with them.

They did a very good job. On time. Showed up when they were supposed to and cleaned up, after they were completed.

The two installers arrived on time. After carefully removing furniture from each room, they remeasured the spaces to ensure accuracy of install. Within 2.5 hours, they put down the new carpeting, replaced furniture, and cleaned up all work areas. This is our second contract with this company and we would recommend them for either carpeting or tile installation.

The first 2 tile guys were awful. They made a huge mess. Poured cement in my sliding door track. Mixing everything in the living room, like it was a construction job. They did, however, notice that they were laying two different tile colors before they finished the job. Carpet Barn did not catch this before it came to my house to be installed. Once they pulled those tiles up, they left the mortar down and when they started laying the new tile (4 days later) laid more mortar over old. That made a peek in the middle of my living room, plus tiles were uneven, grout lines not consistent. Carpet Barn did fire those two and brought in another installer. This one was great. He had to pull up all the tile that was laid, bust up all the mortar and refloat the floor. This job should have taken no more than a week. It was almost a month. If the second installer had been the one to start and finish the job, I would have been very satisfied. The first two should never have been there.

Very professional, timely, had searched high and low for good carpet people and finally found Richard and jack, whom moved everything himself, neat, courteous and a pleasant experience, ordered on 8/30/06 and completed 9/9/06.

Installation went very smoothly and floor looks great. Threshold at one door was not done well and was fixed only after the general contractor complained; my complaints at the time of installation were to no avail. A problem arose with the initial order and was handled by the general contractor (I suspect I'd have gotten nowhere without his intervention).

The installers, Steve and Erick, were at our home each day promptly as scheduled. It took a total of 4 days to complete the job which was sooner than we thought it would be. Steve and Erick took great pride in their work and were very meticulous, and the floors look beautiful, especially the kitchen where they installed a border as well. We couldn't be happier with the work performed or with the great customer service we received. Thank you, Carpet Barn!

THEY WERE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. WHEN THE TILE DIDN'T SHOW UP, THE OWNER AND MANAGER CAME OUT TO OVERSEE THINGS. THE WORKMEN WERE UNBELIEVABLE. THEY WORKED ALMOST NONSTOP, AND THE CRAFTSMANSHIP WAS GREAT.

RESPONSE TIME WAS A LITTLE SLOW FOR A REPAIR JOB. WHEN OWNER FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS, CALLED IMMEDIATELY AND APOLOGIZED PROFUSELY. IT WAS FIXED THE NEXT DAY.

FROM THE SALESMAN ALL THE WAY TO THE INSTALLERS THEY WERE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN WE EXPECTED THEM AND DID A GREAT JOB. WHEN I NEED NEW CARPET IN MY OWN HOME I WILL CERTAINLY GO TO CARPET BARN IN PINELLAS PARK.

WE BOUGHT A VERY HIGH QUALITY CARPET, HENCE THE HIGH PRICE FOR THREE ROOMS...BUT IT WAS A BETTER DEAL THAN I FOUND ELSEWHERE ON COMPARABLE 100% NYLON BERBER. WE CHOSE TWO COLORS, JUST IN CASE ONE WAS OUT OF STOCK AS WE WERE UNDER A TIGHT DEADLINE. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY TO MEASURE AND WERE READY TO DELIVER WHEN WE WERE READY FOR THE INSTALLATION. AS A MATTER OF FACT, THEY WERE READY BEFORE WE WERE, SO WE HAD TO TELL THEM TO HOLD OFF.

THE CARPET BARN REPRESENTATIVE STATED HE WOULD SEND THE INSTALLER NAMED JACK FOR THE JOB. INSTEAD, HE SENT A TWO-MAN TEAM TO DO THE WORK. THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND QUICK. THE QUALITY OF THE INSTALLATION LEFT MUCH TO BE DESIRED. THEY DID NOT VACUUM THE NEWLY INSTALLED CARPET. TWO CORNERS OF THE CARPETING WERE NOT TIGHTLY TACKED DOWN. THERE WAS QUITE A BIT OF DAMAGE (INCLUDING ONE LARGE GOUGE) DONE TO THE BASEBOARDS. I HAD TO REPAINT A LARGE PORTION OF THE BASEBOARDS AND SOME DINGS IN THE WALL AS WELL. I CONTACTED THE CARPET BARN AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. THERE WAS NO DISCOUNTED PRICE TO OFFSET THE DAMAGE.

THEY DID MORE THAN EXPECTED AND IT LOOKS BETTER THAN EXPECTED. THEY REALLY WENT ALL OUT TO DO A PROFESSIONAL JOB.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID VERY WELL. THEIR PRICE WAS WITHIN THE BALLPARK OF OTHER COMPANIES. I ALREADY HAVE MORE WORK FOR THEM TO DO IN MY HOME

THE TILE WAS LAID POORLY. THEY SENT OUT A KID WHO DID NOT MEASURE WELL. HE HAD LEFT WITHOUT TELLING US THAT HE WAS LEAVING AND LEFT OUT SOME GROUT ON THE BACKSPLASH. I DID RECEIVE A $100 CREDIT FOR THE POOR JOB HOWEVER, I WILL NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR TILE INSTALLATION.

THEY MISSED THE INITIAL THREE APPOINTMENTS. THEY ACTED AS THOUGHT THE JOB WAS TOO SMALL TO WASTE THEIR TIME.

I PREVIOUSLY REPORTED QUALIFIED SATISFACTION WITH THE COMPANIES WORK. SINCE THAT REPORT, THE COMPANY HAS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE. AN EXPERIENCED AND EXPERT TECHNICIAN RESOLVED THE CARPET-SEAM PROBLEM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAVE AS A KNOWLEDGEABLE PROFESSIONAL WHO IS TIMELY AND POLITE.

I MADE THE APPOINTMENT AND THEY ARRIVED EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. WHEN I FOUND THAT THERE WAS A SPOT THAT WAS OVER LOOKED, THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THEY WERE QUICK, RESPONSIVE AND VERY HELPFUL WHEN I NEEDED FURNITURE MOVED AROUND THE HOME. I GIVE THEM A RATING OF AN A+!
